If it was not for Ron Russelberg, the general manager of Bone Dry, it would have had a difficult time to the insurance company to do the right thing. He was able to articulate our needs to him in a very professional manner.

There was a glitch in the carpeting when they put it in and it didn't have anything to do with Menold or the installers, but Menold let them know it was not acceptable. Because of them, they got it all fixed and taken care of. It was wonderful!
