It was amazing that they could complete it all in one day and have it turn out the way it was supposed to.
So far, the windows installed by West Shore are the best windows we have ever had.
I was impressed with the quality of the product and professionalism of the installation crew. They even put down cover over every inch of my carpet to keep the area clean. The project was completed on schedule and done correctly the first time.
If they had a 10-star rating, I would give that to them.

The quality of the doors are excellent.
We are repeat customers; the first time was excellent, but the second time, not so much. We've been having issues with our keys and locking mechanism since it was installed. We called and left a message with the service manager, Laura Gabay (?), but to date, it is still not fixed. What's more frustrating is that we can never reach Laura in spite of calling during normal business hours. About 90% of the time you have to leave a message and then wait until she calls you back. That's a huge inconvenience playing phone tag with someone while you're at work, particularly when you don't have customary breaks. Furthermore, she NEVER apologizes or validates your feelings. She gives excuses, or my favorite: "I don't know how that happened." Not to mention that on 2 separate occasions when I set up appointments with her (for May 20th at 9:00 AM and July 1st for 12:00 PM) both parties arrived late. The one showed up at 9:30 and told me that his info said he had a "window" of an hour. At first, i thought it was my mistake, but when the second one showed up at 12:45 when I knew that Laura had not indicated to me that the appointment wold be between 12:00 and 1:00, I called her up immediately. Of course, I had to leave a message because she wasn't at her desk. She called me back and said she would call the installer and see why he wasn't there yet. That is unacceptable and unprofessional!! Westshore needs a manager with exemplary customer service experience!!!
