I had a good experience with the people. I like them all. If you tell them about something that needs to be fixed, they're on it as soon as they can. That's very special to me. Whatever they tell you, they do. They're good people to work with. I trust them.

I like the quality and placement of Villa West. It is very economical to the location and it's easy to get in and out of.

We moved from our 3000 square foot, 2-story house with a basement, 3 car garage, and acre of land with a large pond. We are empty nesters, who had been looking to downsize for the last five years. We auctioned off 90% of our furniture, and bought all new. Downsizing has been liberating! Our building process was seamless. We loved the flexibility and customization of premium added features that we were able to incorporate in our retirement home. The design, the craftsmanship and the location are perfect. Our building experience was fun, exiting, and very satisfying. We are thrilled with our new home!

Any Changes? - The windows would have trim rather than return drywall. The windows would be white on the interior. Improve the shower door quality. Provide stained concrete patio as a more cost effective option to paving stones.

They remember everything I said! It's like they actually listen, and a lot of people don't. Every one of them has been great.
