Established in 1988, business partners and friends Roger Pierce and Steve Wells purchased Uni-Tech Pest Control in 1997. For both Roger and Steve, the most important aspect of their business has always been finding and retaining the best possible employees, training them to do the right thing, and not just the easy thing.
