This was an unusual situation, and I was 2,000 miles away when the problem was discovered. Things were done then that saved us money, and the results were excellent with their good service and honest work.
Process Explanation - They did an excellent job for us, but we were in Ohio when we found out the condition of the house. We called the insurance company, and they suggested AAA Water & Fire. They gave me their number, and I called them. I told them about the issue, and that I didn't know what they were going to find, but that I needed them to go to the house and get it dried up. Whoever I spoke to at AAA took that information and went with it. Carlos went to the house in the late afternoon or evening, and he called us back that evening. He told us what was going on and what they were going to do. He tore everything out that was wet, including the carpet and flooring. It wasn't a normal situation, and we didn't know what to expect. We just had faith in Carlos because he called us several times to keep us informed while we were driving back to Arizona.
