Tri-County Electric is a family owned business established in 1975 by Rick Loconti Sr. In 2004 his son, Rick Loconti, took over the company and has transformed it into the corporation it is today! Tri-County Electric provides commercial and residential electrical contracting. We also have a service division for all the smaller electrical needs for all our customers. From first contact, to job completion, we offer all customers with superior service! We look forward to your call!

I think they have a quality product and they do a nice job. There has to be some tweaking done on the windows, but if their warranty is as good as they say it is then I have no concerns about the issues being resolved.

I agree, no less than 4/12 but the sheathing must be layered 100% with Ice & Water memebrane first.
