I had attempted to work with a small business that gave me the run around. Thankfully I had not put any money down to secure their services. That company eventually reneged on me. When I call the Brothers... I was able to easily schedule an appointment and eventually the work. The pricing was fair and the workmanship met my standards.
I strongly dislike these lengthy surveys.Overall I was pleased. My disappointment was that, for the extremely high price I paid, I thought the debris pick up from the gutter trash thrown down on the lawn should have been better. The two young boys that did the work were very polite.
Outstanding work and a very pleasant experience! They went over my options, efficiently did the installation, and happily returned a few days later to make two minor changes at my request. Now that's customer service! Brothers Gutters were enthusiastic and professional. Strongly recommended!

I’m on the fence about leaving a good or bad review- the end result is that my gutters are awesome buttt... getting them actually done and installed was a frustrating process. Lots of unanswered phone calls, weeks and weeks of rescheduling and I’m still finding metal scraps from the install in my yard. Would I use them for our next gutter project? Probably not, but next time I will be a more informed customer and know what questions to ask.
I was sent a survey yesterday which I completed as well. We had you do this project based on a previous experience our son had with your company and that you promised that you would stay on the job until it was done unlike other contractors who do a little and then leave so the job takes weeks to complete. It was supposed to be done during the week of July 19, but you asked if it could be delayed a week because of personnel issues. I agreed and our old gutters were removed and new installed on July 28 and 29, but they did not have the downspouts. So they left the job unfinished until August 6th. During this time, it rained and I had to go out in the rain to position rocks where the water from the gutter outlets was hitting the ground and eroding my lawn. They came back on August 6 to install the downspouts and the diverters on top of the gutters. They could not compete the diverters because they ran out of aluminum and they said we paid for six concrete diffusers that you did not have. They came back on August 11 and finished the diverters and dropped off the diffusers. So a two day job became a 15 day job. Not what we were promised.
Fast. Efficient. No financial surprises. Excellent job.
The process was pretty smooth right up until the actual appointment day. I received my appointment email with date and approximate time. Date and time passed by about an hour so I called the number in the email to make sure they were coming that day. I was then informed that my appointment was for the following week. I was then transferred to the local office to be told that they were waiting for parts. The job was approved and half down was paid a little over a month before. Since this was at a vacation/second home we had to travel there and plan how long to stay. Not convenient at all. Since they were to use my existing materials and they install gutters I was confused as to why they needed many parts that they did not have on hand. After some argument they went to Austin to pick up these mystery parts and came out two days later. The installers did a really good job and were friendly and efficient.
So frustrated with this company. Horrible office management.

Incredibly efficient! I was kept in the loop as my install day neared and the crew were in and out like SEAL Team 6. I didn't even notice they started let alone finished. It rained the day after install and I surveyed the perimeter of my home. Not a single drop from any of the horizontal gutters. 100% satisfied!
