They were professional and were responsive to our needs. Our home is large and had several special gutter guard cuts that had to be made to accommodate our gutter configuration.

I used them twice this year, in August and December, for gutter cleaning. Unlike 2 other companies I have used in past years which walk around on the roof while blowing out the gutters with leaf blowers and get stuff all over, the guys from The Brothers actually cleaned out the gutters by hand and put the stuff in bags, which takes quite a while. On the other hand, the price is about twice as much as I paid the previous companies.

During the last rain fall the new gutter did leak heavily,[ constant flow] from the area at the end of the gutter connection facing the house on the left side.

I looked for a gutter repair business one weekend and left an email message for The Brothers on its website, not expecting to hear back from them for some time. However, I received a call back almost immediately and arranged a time for an estimate to be given. Everything was delivered on time. The estimate was clearly explained, and the workmanship was just what I wanted. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others also.

The project manager was really good, explaining everything. The workmen were just as good and were a pleasure to watch at work during installation.

From the first call to company to the end of the job was a great experience. The guys that came out to inspect the job and provide the estimate was great. He came on schedule gave me separate estimates for the two options I was interested in and didn't try to sell me anything else. I like the option of getting the work done sooner if there is a cancellation or opening in the schedule for some reason. The crew was great and took the time to answer the questions I had.

I am very unhappy, they changed the appointment and was not courteous with my time. They showed up unprepared, and I was furious on how late they showed up at 6:30 at night. They were very rude, and the quality of the installation was poorly done.
