They did a good job.
While the installation went well, followup system turn on did not and wrong information was supplied as to the turn on procedure. The promise of an incentive check being provided at installation time never happened and trying to get information about it has yielded no results. Finally I have discovered a ceiling leak which I am currently checking out. I started out impressed with this company but now I am discouraged.

Today the KC inspection guy showed up to tell me my power panel was not up to par b/c of a neutral # 4 cable was not in a ground position. 14 yrs. ago this 200 amp panel was OK.

Smart Home Innovations was very good to work with. Answered all questions in a timely manner and made sure I understood the answers. Andy instructed me on how to turn the system on once the utility company changed the electric meter. One concern would be to notify owner if the work was starting earlier than tentative date, so owner could have site unlocked and be on site to identify locations of systems not covered by utility locating services. System is operating as designed, very happy with all the staff we worked with.
It would be nice to have a representative come back out to our home to go over the program to show us the guidelines of the operation and how it works.

The only question I had was we haven't found out when we will be starting to take our payments out because we want to correlate that with our mortgage insurance and our car payment. Hopefully, I've got three sales made already.
It hasn't been used for more than a week. I can't rate the product at this time. The rating is based mostly upon the customer service and interacting with the company.

I had a lot of questions as anyone should and they were all answered swiftly and in full. The installers were fantastic and took special care in each step of the installation process.
