Mad City Windows & Bath replaced a shower for me, and they were very professional and did a great job. I really like my new shower!
We are completely satisfied!
Job was done professionally
We paid over $8K to remodel 15 sq feet of living area.
They did an excellent job installing my bath. It was done in a timely manner. The gentleman that came in was very professional and very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the results.
I am likely to recommend Mad City Windows & Baths to a friend because I had absolutely no complaints whatsoever about everybody who we encountered.
I appreciated everything they did.
I would give them a 10-star rating, but when they sold us the shower, they promised us a $50 dollar gift care. We also told two other people about Mad City. One has already gotten a shower installed with them, and the other is about to. We have not gotten our original gift card that was promised, nor any referral incentives. We haven't even gotten a thank-you. The work would be a 10-star rating, but they are lying.
I am likely to recommend Mad City Windows & Baths to a friend because we're satisfied
the materials are quality items.
They did a wonderful job and were professional while they were here. They were all-around top-notch!
Mad City was great from beginning to end and was very professional in all ares.
I think the installer did an awesome job. They all did good!
Great experience. One grab bar was back ordered and installed by Dean yesterday once again did perfect work very nice and wanted to make sure I was happy. So glad I chose Mad City to install my shower. A project I have wanted for a long time.
I wouldn’t recommend the KC office for this. I think because of their kitchen work, my house is worth less than before they started.
All went well from beginning to end..................quality product/quality work
I was told it would be a 5-inch lip panel. It is a hollow core piece which is 3 1/2 inches tall, and doesn't fit. They only use what they have in stock. Two people came to measure and it was not correct. I ordered Biscuit, but I got white because it doesn't come in Biscuit. I didn't get what a paid for, and I have an onyx lip top panel and my other bathroom is in onyx. I have had my home for 37 years, and I am trying to upgrade and this is not upgraded.
While I am overall satisfied with the product, I found the organization of the work to be less than satisfactory. The workers assigned to the job were diligent, but the overall management of the project was less than ideal. The job took a third longer, all at the expense and inconvenience to our family. It was necessary for me to purchase a tool which was supposed to be on their truck in order for the project to be completed. There was no other way to go forward except for me to purchase the tool. The people at Mad City did not offer to reimburse me for the $20 cost. I walked away with a too bad, so sad attitude. They speak a good game. I would warn others, they need to understand what Mad City will do. I was told they would do touch up paint, but it was not until I pushed it that they did it. The final thing in taking the ball down the final five yards, is that I had another project going on at the same time by another company which I think exemplifies the quality of the customer service. I am not overall impressed with Mad City.
They did a wonderful job.
The job was done on time and the quality in great.
The installer did a great job and did things that we asked them to do for us. The large window only had a half screen but they are fixing that so that it will be a full screen.
They did everything that I wanted and kept in contact with me.
They did a good job!
I was very pleased with the while experience. The salesman was very good at explaining everything to me, the man who did the the work was very focused and did an excellent job. Thank you Mad Cty!
I think that I have a good product, but it was overpriced.
