Our homes are built with the best available materials from suppliers such as ProVia and Premier Metals. We use 2x6 framing and construct homes that are extremely energy-efficient, greatly reducing the overall cost of ownership and well surpassing the IECC Energy Efficiency code.

We have had window panes replaced on 3 windows so far. the work has been well done. Pricing went up very significantly for the 3rd window which was just done. One pane cost us more to replace than the whole window had when we had it replaced.
