We are an affordable housing builder that creates extremely high-quality homes for anyone who wants a home that will actually last. Our homes are built with the best available materials from suppliers such as ProVia and Premier Metals. We use 2x6 framing and construct homes that are extremely energy-efficient, greatly reducing the overall cost of ownership and well surpassing the IECC Energy Efficiency code.

When a house is built and there's scratches as to where you can see a drill was use to install cave it's, is there a monetary value compensation or replace?

I assume by "cave" you might been "cove" or some other trim or millwork. It isn't a hard thing to fill any scratches, resand, and touch up an area like that, and that's something your builder should h ... read more
