I keep calling trying to get someone out here to fix the leaks since day 1 nobody calls back it's ridiculous
Wonderful experience!
It would be unlikely for me to recommend Patio Enclosure to any family or friends. After finding out the pricing/cost most of my friends and family would think that I'm either rich or crazy for paying what I paid. I was quoted a new Lexus for a 192sq back porch to be enclosed and I already had my own existing roof from the get go.
I think the product is great, but im not satisfied with the installation and communication process.
Porch enclosure not completed in a timely manner from date of contract.
You sent out a crew to install and you did not even pour the footers. I had to point that out. They also realized the parts were cut to the incorrect size. They sent out someone to remeasured the project but did not follow the measurements because they cut the parts once again to incorrect measurements. Luckily installers were able to recut and use. Turned 4-5 hour install to all day project. Since the first install attempt there was no verbal contact all text or email had to be prompted by us. I left numbers voicemails with no response. I even attempted too contact corporate office but got sent back to same voicemail where I got no response. You did not even contacted me to find out if I was satisfied or had any issues, just used my credit card to charge me without any notice or contact. Sub contracted footer/concrete guys along with your installers were great. You have major design and extreme customer service problems.
This entire experience was a 'comedy of errors' but I'm definitely NOT laughing. I wouldn't work with Patio Enclosures or Great Day again if my life depended on it. Life too short to endure this level of screw-ups and frustration on a major home improvement.
The porject took way too long and was poorly completed.
On time, professional, and courteous installers delivered goods and services promised by the vendor. Customer rep Carmen made the process go smoothly.
I would have preferred to have a less high-pressured sales pitch. To get the discounts, you did have time to think on it or get other estimates.
I felt pushed into the sale after the fact. Price was still steep when all was said and done.
They are knowledgeable and friendly.
Great communication. Finished on time. Respectiful to our home.
I was lead to believe my project wasn't hard and would only take a few days to complete with quality. That's exactly what happened
Very likely.
Friendly, professional & good quality
The patio turned out great, pricing was a bit up there though.
Patio Enclosure provided a seamless process from design through installation.
The people we worked with were very competent and professional. The quality of the screens was amazing.
Communication, product, length of time and quality of work
Good Product.
Very quick installation. Went out of town for two days. When I got back, it was done. Pleasant surprise.
The process of my patio enclosure project was not good, from my salesman outlining the build process and timeline incorrectly, to the poor quality of install and manufacturing of the doors and windows. The communication of your team was dysfunctional with phone numbers that were disconnected incorrect email addresses and no return phone calls from several departments!

Zander, sales rep, told my neighbor and me that there was no permit required. We have since learned that permanent glass enclosures do require a permit. The office reached out to me to try and persuade me to allow construction before HOA approval. I declined. Zander gave my contact information out to other customers without my permission. Finally, my neighbor and I were promised travel vouchers. It took my neighbor 7 months to get his voucher and the referral fee. I still have not gotten my travel voucher after almost a year.
Did the job well the first time
