The cost was high and most that I know would not spend that much but I had a responsibility to my pets to keep them safe so I absorbed the cost. Would be better if 5he price could be brought down.

Mismanaged from the start. Little to no follow up on customer perspective of what the project entailed. Poor communication among all involved. To include the admin staff in the office. So no, I would not recommend them to others.

Nothing in particular, everything was just wonderful from the sales to the communication to the scheduling to the installers

We are very happy with our new sunroom.

After completion, scheduling for follow up work is a nightmare. After my room was finished, I needed to have someone come out to caulk, as the room was leaking. This took two service calls, and many days waiting for commitment. Even now, when it rains, the room leaks and retains water. I will be calling again for more service.
