Quality work with a high level of service

Salesperson did not include cut out in installation per agreement

A week after they installed the product one of the screen door fell and the screen broke. They said they will come back to fix it, and still nothing. We’ve been waiting for them over a month now.

The awning that was installed is coming off the support beam. This needs to be fixed ASAP or it will damage the house and the awning itself.

2nd time they came out to repair and adjust a new window and it still doesn’t shut properly! The worker said to give it a week or two to see if it starts to work smoothly! If not to call the company again! That is not an acceptable answer!

I have mixed emotions on this. I would recommend with a caveat about the awful project management. It should not have taken 3 months to complete the project.

We are very pleased with the quality of the enclosure walls, windows and doors. The installation crew was also excellent, and added some extra supports where they felt it was necessary.

The worst of companies. Poor communication, Poor customer service, customer shaming.

It took almost exactly 1 year to finish my project. The original install team did a horrible job (the later installer -Jimry was great and corrected the original teams mistakes!). the original order had a wrong part, original installers were not informed of additional work to be performed and were incapable and unwilling to do a good job. The manufacturing team could tell the difference between our last name (White) and the color of the replacement part (dark bronze/brown) and kept building and shipping the wrong color. This was the worst experience with a contractor I've ever had.

The product and service were exceptional, and the result is very attractive. It was a good value investment because the product and service transformed a limited use space into one we enjoy daily. The company staff's attentiveness, responsiveness, efficiency, and expertise prevented the frustration which can occur during the renovation of an existing space in an occupied home.

Our project just completed last week, so it is too early for us to say how totally satisfied we are with this project. However, I will say at project completion our patio room looks great, much better than before and seems to add value to our property.

The patio enclosure totally changed the vibe and appearance of our patio. It became a totally outdoor space to a indoor sunroom.
