We needed to have an existing patio enclosure within a condominium complex HOA replaced. We looked at what we thought would be a couple specialty companies, some custom builders, and Patio enclosures. How do you enclosures is the only company we actually truly considered in the end. Their product is well presented, very high quality, sales team is one of the best I've seen. Extremely patient with an HOA process, and then installation went exactly as they stated it would.

Project took forever to complete. Inaccurate measurements, staffing changes, turnover.

Poor communication. Had to build and rebuild. Took way too long. Almost 7 months for only 1 enclosed area.

The process from initial contact, scheduling of appointments, measurements, and contracting, to installation is seamless. The product is very high quality; the installation crew is knowledgeable and skilled; and communication is ongoing and up to date throughout the process.

The quoted price was raised after the contract was signed. I feel the support structure for the roof was significantly overbuilt. The support structure for the LVL was from the ground up with it's own footing. It would have been much easier and cost effective to open the wall and put the support on the actual foundation of the house.

It turned out beautiful and took almost 2 months to complete.

The sales and installation team are great members to work with and do their best to work with you.

The whole idea of the screen on the porch was to be able to sit out back without bugs. We have bugs. For over $15,000 weeks should not have bugs.

I could not be happier with my sunroom. Patio enclosures did an amazing job turning lmy patio into a beautiful 3 season sunroom. The quality of the materials is great and I love having my windows open so I can get a nice cross breeze from my screen windows. My husband and I are blown away by how beautiful our sunroom is and the whole team was great from start to finish.

My enclosure is still not complete I called sent photos and I haven’t heard from them so I am not pleased as of yet

Expensive for the product. Wanted double pane windows but too expensive

The service from the from office to the field was excellent. I love the open communication with the contractors who did a professional job in building the Sunroom.
