They did not replace the beams that support the roof. There was water damage, and now water is seeping in after it rains, and there is an odor in the sunroom. I would like somebody to come out and check this.

Love my new room! I just wish that when selling they would let you know it would be very hot in the summer and ways to cool it down. I was told someone would come out and measure for blinds but no one did anything about that. I hung curtain on my own.

We have a large back patio with a gas meter that we couldn't enclose, so we opted for two separate sunrooms - both are stunning! The materials were produced quicker than we expected and installation was finished right before it got too hot here in Arizona. We did have some communication and design issues arise throughout, some of which could have completely derailed the project, but our contractors were amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the rooms we had dreamed of. Overall it was a great experience, thanks in great part to Fabio (sales) and Chad + crew (contractors). It was a bit more costly than we expected but I'm hoping the ROI will be worth it as we enjoy the spaces for years to come!

The company was professional from beginning to end

They were here when they said they would be and the enclosure is what they should use.

Q yes, stated below in my primary reason unless Great Day can show that bringing everything in house, has brought their operation up to the high-quality of their products. It would be very difficult to recommend Great Day as the installation company. Early on, I tried to communicate with the corporate office multiple times. I left messages and received no response.
I wrote a letter to the CEO and again no response. I believe the letter was never forwarded to anyone other than the people in the local office.

I have waited several months for resolution on my install. Several pieces were cut or installed incorrectly. Sore of it was fixed. Still waiting on the rest of the repairs.

Everything was great but the referral to pronounce and who we dealt with there.

it’s been a great addition to our home, the room itself has great airflow and after a big rainy storm didn’t see any leaks so far!

Install Team was very efficient

Only thing that went well was the sales pitch. Thereafter everything went downhill. Unqualified and unsupervised contractors who damaged siding that was removed, litter yard with cigarette ends and particles of metal from cutting. A wall was improperly manufactured yet installed by contractors. We ended up paying out of pocket for siding repairs as well as metal chip cleanup from yard.

The staff, customer service and response to every request is excellent! Quality of workmanship is outstanding and the installers did the job quickly and efficiently! We are very pleased and would not hesitate in recommending Patio Enclosure to our neighbors and family and friends! We’ve received so many compliments on the look and difference that the glass upgrade made to our home! Thank you!🙏🏻
