Everything was a disappointment and not as promised after I signed the contract.

Very unsatisfied with local installation team. They were not professional, came in personal vehicle, made complete mess of yard while working, installed one portion wrong causing water leak and had to come back to fix, still have not come back to trim strings of wire all along screens.

I received consistent updates on the project's progress, particularly regarding the patio installation.

Partially done. Poor communication when installing the glass part. Told the Styrofoam was going to be wood then Told they could put in a window. Only 1/2 the window was installed.

Most things had to be done more than once. I still have a leak and I can't get anyone to return my call on this problem. Jordan (mgr) has never called me on the many problems for this project even though at least 3 individuals state that they asked him to. My opinion is that he should be terminated as a mgr. (absolutely horrible).

Their attention to detail was impressive and you can tell they take pride in their work.They were not going to leave until everything was perfect.
