satisfied with everything except flooring contractor used. quarter boards top layer (the color) peeled off the board immediately. they came back to fix it by putting screws in the frame catching the top layer. It’s peeling immediately in between the screws again. it was immediate.

Communication is horrible. I signed a contract for a Window in December of 2025. It is August of 2026 and it still has not been installed.

I would only recommend the company if someone asked. I would explain the situation that was a nightmare experience for me. In the end, the company rectified all the errors that COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED to begin with if they had only communicated better and had not made a mess installing.

I like the way the people talk. They talk like they want your business they don’t BS. And the quality of the work is excellent. I would be glad to recommend them to someone my own family and friends.

Delores Martino (Operations Administrator): Delores provides a level of service that is practically unheard of today. She is literally available 24 hours a day and communicated with us constantly. I actually called one evening after 8:00 PM just to leave a voicemail, and she answered the phone herself! Any concern or question we had, she directed to the right person and got it handled immediately. Beyond being a financial wiz who seamlessly coordinated our payment plan, she has the warm, trustworthy personality of the girl next door and a best friend. I honestly wish she lived closer so we could hang out together!
Chris (Design Specialist): Chris was all about the design, bringing immense experience and sharp attention to detail to our ranch house. He made sure the project met all town ordinances and local requirements perfectly. Remarkably, his minor adjustments to the design ended up saving us thousands of dollars while still delivering exactly what we wanted.
Mike (Logistics & Support): Mike brought years of experience and some incredibly smart suggestions to the table. He showed up regularly throughout the project, delivering lumber and building supplies right when they were needed, and carrying away leftover waste. He did a fantastic job helping the construction team keep things moving efficiently and keeping the job site tidy.
Marcos (Construction Supervisor): Marcos supervised the installation crew with the utmost professionalism. He visited the site periodically to evaluate progress and maintained tight, constructive communication with the field crew to ensure everything adhered to top-tier quality standards.
Elvin, Ariel, and Yung (Construction Crew): Last, but certainly not least at all, my absolute favorite guys who got the job done. These three men from Nicaragua are the hardest working individuals I have ever known. They arrived at the crack of dawn and worked all day, sometimes until 8:00 PM. Even when the project experienced several severe weather delays, they chose to give up their Saturday and/or Sunday to work through it and stay right on schedule for completion. Their manners, integrity, character, and work ethic completely exceed expectation. We had so much fun communicating via a language app on our phones, often laughing when translations made absolutely no sense; we built a deep, mutual respect and appreciation for one another. On the job, they dug seven support column holes, four feet deep, entirely by hand. They mixed, poured cement, and measured and cut materials with the precision of surgeons. They assembled everything securely, constantly checked in with us for approval on details, and wiped down the poles and rails until they spotlessly shined. On their last day, all traces that they had ever been here disappeared, leaving a spotless yard and a stunning front porch.
This finished project holds sentimental value for me. It is deeply reminiscent of the porch I enjoyed as a child on my grandparents' farm in North Carolina, and I have nothing but overwhelming gratitude to those who made it happen.

From the beginning to the end. The quality is shoddy and the work is subpar. For the price that I paid, I thought the work would be excellent. I was shocked that insulation was not included in the flooring, even though I made it clear from the beginning that I wanted a four season room addition. They literally only put up two walls of windows and plywood floor to a deck that was already there. I was shocked when I was charged an addition $9,000 dollars to have a layer of insulation installed between the rafters that I already had and five pieces of 1/4 inch plywood.

Very good communication throughout the process. The project involved three parts - the enclosure, the floor and an awning. All three were completed by three different departments and all three were very good. The craftsmen involved were all punctual, hard working and skillful.

The salesman, installation team, and my contact at the office were well coordinated and efficient.

The workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I love the porch. Thank you!

I was originally very Leary of an all aluminum framework, which is a little different than traditional building. But after seeing the finish product, I feel confident that it will last for years. The door doors were exceptionally heavy and I’m sure your Warranty will represent a quality backup up for many years if there are any problems. In conclusion, I am be very likely to recommend after going through the entire process.
