Ordered a patio screen in November to be delivered in January. When delivered the screen was 5 inches too long. REORDERED.
Delivered again in April. Wrong brackets screen too short. REORDERED. On the third try, the screen was delivered in May and installed!!! Yipee!!!

Three tries? Now we are trying to pay the final bill and were told to pay when the screen is delivered!!! Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing??? Can't give a good recomendation under these conditions. The only bright spot in all of this was the sympathy we got from the men who were the installers. They were concerned and were very helpful in trying to fullfill our order.

After all the discount and money back offer plus adding the entry door the price was just too high. I did not think this through. If I had it to do over again, I would not purchase. The way it was attached to the house just still looks sloppy.

They destroyed my patio and refused to repair it. The stairs don't line up with my walk. They are not level. The wood on the side of the stairs is split. The roof leaked when it rained and it took three visits to repair the area where the rain came in and my wife had to show the contractor where the rain was coming in It took 5 month to complete the job (minus the delay due to the blizzard).

Many reasons I would not recommend unfortunately!! Especially the gutter issue! Poor customer service! Screens were installed with holes which i addressed at the time and over a month of waiting I was informed it was my one time replacement. Also I addressed the gutter issue many times and still not resolved. The worker took pictures and said what needed to be done to fix and if they couldn't fix would need a different gutter but i would be charged for replacement.

It looks and works great. It was the right decision for us, but almost double it price from other alternatives including a completely finished room.

The installation process was very disappointing. It took over two months after initially starting the install to complete the process. There were five no shows by the installer. The four screens that were initially installed were all damaged. The screens were replaced and the four new screens were also all damaged. It took three screens to complete each section of screen. The scratch marks on the frame were initially covered were a marker. I had to complain to get it painted correctly. The only reason for the high rating is that the finished product has been good. I do not think it is good enough for the price that I paid compared to other contractors I contacted. It was about 25% more expensive so I would expect the finished product to be amazing.

Signed the contract in April, 2025-work not completed until May 28, 2026. Tried numerous times to call and get a status update, but no none would return a phone call. Only 2 employees eventually started giving us updates and would return calls. They were Megan and Becky.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product. He brought samples to show the materials and colors also the handles and door and window functions. His computer was able to measure the area and then show a picture of how it would look.
The salesman worked with his supervisor to give us the best deal and was able to provide financing so we could get the process started that day.
The materials were ordered and arrived within several weeks at which time they scheduled the install.
The installer was able perform the work over the course of two days, he skillfully assembled the unit resulting in a beautiful sunroom. When he finished he cleaned up and left the area looking like it had been.

There is a recurring issue of very poor customer service. We signed a contract in January, but we still do not have the final county approval of the work done.

It's taken multiple trips out to get both the windows and the doors right - still waiting on a replacement part for one set of doors. (Windows were originally made the wrong size, extra door lock wasn't installed, door lock couldn't be installed because of a broken piece in the brand new door.)

Our contract completion date was Nov. 13, 2025. Project completed June 2, 2026. Project materials were delivered to warehouse in Sept. 11, 2025. Project would still be on going if not for Chastity. Management doesn't care for the customer as long as they get their bonus check. Maybe bonus checks should be released to the workers after the project is completed and signed off.

When doing a replacement enclosure, it would be helpful to be offered suggestions as construction and materials change over the years. I was not the original owner at the time the original enclosure was built 31 years ago. You are at the Home Show and have models. Things are online but sometimes you don't know what exactly you are looking at and what will work in your space. A litte more salesmanship would be helpful.

They gave me three of options to enclose my gazebo and none of them work. Then they tried to install a door it was built the wrong way to swing out just like the old door did instead of swinging in.

Unless you already have a roof over your patio, I would not recommend. Roof leaks every time it rains hard. Called them to fix and after a few warm days, expanding and contracting of metal roof release the seals and it leaks again. With as much as I paid for enclosure, very disappointed in the work.

They did an excellent job. Although the project wasn't completed in one day, if you added the hours from the time they started till they finished, it would be one day.

I have a one year warranty on this lanai and I’m still waiting for someone to come out to 1312 Leland Drive regarding my kick plates. A response would be great .. I feel like I’m always begging your company to answer my questions and to respond to a problem I have with the lanai.. what would your response be, if you were me and you are paying close to 27,000.00 for a patio enclosure.. You would want it Perfect Right!!! Make it right for me.. Thank you!

We were referred to Mr. Sylvester Harris by our neighbor after seeing the finished work at their home. Mr. Harris has been the consummate professional and yet new friend you didn't know you had. He kept us informed about the requirements and progress of the project with timely calls, texts and emails. He introduced all the team involved in our installation to include Ms. Viola and Mr. Torain. While I can't recall the others by name, everyone has been exceptional in their respective roles to get our project complete.

No communication. No schedule. No response to calls, text or emails. Charged credit card without permission. Once crew showed up for 4hours on a Thursday then gone without one word materials still laying in yard.

I love the sunroom. It is beautiful everyone loves it.

Until the company was re-districted, project communication was absolutely horrific. The project is now complete and the new group in charge of our area really stepped up and did their best to make things right. For $85,000, we expected to have a turnkey, easy, no nonsense patio enclosure. We should have hired a local contractor and had the enclosure "stick-built" - correctly.

The deal we got was too good to pass up, but the real MVP’s are Chasity and Paul. After she took over our project, it was looked over and redone with precision. As safety, is a big deal for our family and our young ones. After Chasity came in, our project that seemed to be stalled, was now in gear and moving forward. After just a few short months, our project is finished and it is largely because of Chasity and Paul who was our contractor who did the actual building and repair. Great team, thanks again!

This project started in 2024 and was supposed to take a few days but has just been finished within the last month. The salesperson told me things that were not true and the project went downhill from there until Chasity took over coordinating. My recommendation is purely based on my interactions with her and the help she provided. Otherwise it would be a 0 based on everything that happened before she arrived and sorted things out.

I ordered my enclosure in January. It's almost June and its still not completed. 4 of the 6 doors were the wrong size, and 2 of the replacements were bent and don't close easily. I was told mid April that new doors would take a month to get in. It's almost June and I'm still waiting. I call for information, get voicemail and no replies to my inquiries.

Was very pleased with the service I received from Gavin, and the installer did a great job! Clean as a whistle, fast, and the finishes are perfect. He was awesome! Patio Enclosures helped with HOA approval, and made scheduling changes to accommodate them. We love our new enclosed patio.
