It took 4 months to complete job after patio was installed customer service is terrible and they don’t communicate they measured incorrectly then ordered the wrong replacement color didn’t even order the screens and it took another 2 weeks for them they took the final payment even though the job was not completed

We are really not satisfied with the enclosure because it is very cold inside now and in the summer it gets very hot inside. We were not warned about this!!!

The installers removed our screen room and installed our new patio enclosure all in one day. Unfortunately the weather turned cold and we haven’t been able to use it yet.

Communication, problem solving and attention to detail.

Communication was great. Carmen kept me in the loop at every step. In addition, turnaround time was quick. Lastly, I love the quality of the product, my patio looks so much better than before.

Quality issues with the glass and the upper window trim had some notches cut into it. These notches were filled with caulking? These should be replaced.
The glass issue is fingerprints,dirt,smuges inside the glass panels.

The patio that was enclosed is absolutely gorgeous !!!, I am so glad that I got the work done. I know it won’t warp, and I don’t have to worry about having wood that over time would began to look worn.

We have had a horrible experience working with Patio Enclosures. The office communication and lack thereof lead to a project that should have been completed in August 2025 to be drawn out until the end of January 2026. The cost well outweighs the value at this point. It has been nothing but frustration trying to get the project completed.

I don’t think the salesperson was as honest as he should have been about the impacts of the decision around a 4 season and a 3 season. I was not aware of the internal icing issue upon purchase. I know it wasn’t his preference but had that been told to me I may have made a different choice.

Workmanship was good. The installation was great. However sales and front of the office experience was not.

It’s been three months and we’re still having problems.

Horrible experience. Took almost 9 months to complete. They cut an electrical wire to our light switch. One screen was jammed in, it is unusable. They had concrete delivered from 3 hours away. They dumped concrete in our woods. They measured our wing windows wrong. On top of all of that, Our contact "left" the company mid way thru the project.

The porch is beautiful and the company was professional and easy to work with.

Our original installation had to be rescheduled because the wrong material was ordered. The reorder took about 2 weeks so the second installation date occurred during a very cold and extremely windy day. As a result, there has been leaking probably due to the caulking. Patio Enclosure did respond to our complaints and offered to come right out to fix but with the extreme cold we were experiencing we requested to wait til spring and warmer weather; to which they agreed.

Communication throughout the project was not good. I found myself having to reach out and ask too many times for updates on inspections, work to be done, etc. Subcontractors did not do quality work, as I had to have Patio Enclosures come back out to remediate their poor work on 4 separate occasions. These defective works should never have happened for the amount of money I paid for the work, and I should never have had to inspect and report them to get them remediated. Patio Enclosures should have had quality inspections on their work.
