The installer Luke, was a real craftsman and did an excellent job of making some areas that were not plumb or level look good with white coil stock that he bent to fit on site.

The people who did the work were really professional and worked very hard on our project even though they weren’t given the proper parts to do the work and had to come back several times to redo work that if they had the proper parts could have been done the first time they came.

2nd project completed for us by Patio Enclosures. Design and product fit exactly what we need. Morgan handled coordination and follow-up extremely well.....she is personable, competent, and thorough! Tech handled installation and corrected any needed items. Only issues were result of factory production.

Product damaged during install. Replacement part ordered, but delivered with wrong trim pieces. Correct trim ordered and then delivered with no notice/appointment. Individual came through a closed/latched front gate, down a long driveway and onto my deck while I was sound asleep. My dogs went crazy and I was (needless to say) surprised to see a man on a ladder outside my window. 🫤

The quality product and opportunities for financing made this purchase very desirable.

Installation sloppy scratches on the aluminum silicone on the glass windows were left dirty $300 for window cleaning a skid of cement was left on the front yard killing the grass. Have not received a final paid in full invoice after several requests. The second installment for payment was drawn on my checking account with out notice causing an overdraft. I was told I would receive a voucher for a cruise haven’t received it and no follow up assistance for it.

A week long job took nearly FIVE months. Am SO disgusted with this company. Right from the get go it was a nightmare! Constant mistakes and no hurry to correct them. Will NEVER recommend them. Will file a lengthy report to the BBB.
