The staff and everyone that we had any dealings with were all great the ladies that did th house cleaning were absolutely great and have remained close friends and keep in touch. the gals in the office also helpful.the only thing I can say is we thought some painting was going to be done and carpets cleaned neither have been done we kind understand that due to the pandemic going on that it is not a big priority

I thought the people were great.
servpro had faulty equipment which i notified them about andit took them days to remove it. the equipment was leaky dehumidifiers which ended up getting my floors re-wet. making a schedule with them is useless as they were always late. minimum of 45 minutes. normally 2 hours after the agreed time. my good borders were thrown out, they removed 8 indutrial bags of attic insulation which was never replaced or mentioned of. most of the equipment was turned off, yet still charged for having them at my residence. i do not recommend servpro. they also had me do the full evalulation the first 15 minutes they got to my residence. granted, day 1 i.e. evaluation day- they got there on time and did everything as agreed but after that, it all went south. i figured they'd have daily critiques but nope. do not sign that critique until they have finished the work.their slogan of "like it never even happened" is bull s#*t!. they left my house worse than what the damages made costing me more than the actual repairs.
Prompt response team to a flood on a third floor from an air conditioner. They were very diligent each day to check for mositure. It took 5 days to dry carpet and ceiling but they were there 2 and 3 times each day.Great staff.

The carpet cleaning is fast, the carpets are clean, smell great. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants great cleaning of area rugs.
