I cannot say enough good things about S.E.A Construction Inc. Steve Albert, his S.E.A. team, and his team of subs are the nicest, most competent, professional, honest, and hardworking folks I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Every sub -- from demolition to framing, plumbing, electric, cabinetry, etc. -- had great indepth knowledge and expertise in his field. Everyone showed up when they are supposed to and they called if they were running late. My project was done on time and within budget and the workmanship is absolutely incredible. We lived in our house for half of the project and Steve's entire team made sure we were as comfortable as possible -- from completely cleaning up at the end of every day to installing air filters and temporary walls (wood and plastic) in order to keep the dust at bay from our living area.

Over the past 15 years, SEA has completed six complete home renovations as well as numerous smaller projects including a new garage, kitchen addition, and apartment remodels for investment properties. Since our first project we have not considered another general contractor.

During that time we pointed out some items from the previous remodel that were in disrepair (a pocket door that never opened properly, a crack in the sheet rock in our dining room, and some sink tile trim in the other bathroom had fallen off). They fixed all of those items at no cost to us even though the warranty had long since passed.

SEA Construction is the best contractor we have ever worked with. They put as at ease immediately with their we-can-handle-it attitude without the used-car-salesman speech and worked well with our budget. We have used them 3 times on different projects. HIghly, highly recommend.
