Work done was professional but service after stinks. The work comes with a life warranty but I,ve been waiting for close to 7 months for repairs and been getting the run around from there representative. I feel really helpless

We bought a house in November of last year. The sellers had windows installed by Royal Windows. I'm not sure of the date they were installed but we did see the receipt. They windows have gaps in them and with these cold temperatures we are having a hard time keeping the house warm. We had to tap the gaps up for now until it warms up so we can get them fixed.
They were very professional when they came and did the work. They stayed all day just so they could finish. I thought that was very nice.

We went over the windows and looked for anything that may become a problem. They cleaned up after themselves very well.
Jack did a really good job on the estimation and he did a good job keeping everything clean. I'm amazed at the reduced amount of sound.
I was pleased from beginning to end. From the young man that came out and inspected my window to the man who came out to do the measurements, everything was great. The installers even said the measure person did a great job because the window went in perfectly.
