Romanoff Renovations, when customer paying this amount of money for a Bath Room Renovation you much be on point, period all the way. When you are providing this amount funding up front.
They do a nice job, there were a couple of glitches due to COVID-19 but they are taken care of it.

The product is not measured correctly. No one came with gloves or a mask on. The hygiene of the workers was not great.

The work itself was fine, however, we did not receive the setup that the salesman told us we would receive. Due to that reason we are displeased.

I would not recommend anyone to work with this company. The renovation took forever. They lacked in communication and follow-up. The build was put it incorrectly. This entire process took months and I missed five days of work due to this project. I was not informed of the status of my build. The contractor smelled of marijuana and proceeded to put my shower door in incorrectly. The owner of the company came into my home swearing up and down. The entire process was a complete nightmare.
The installers did a great job, their workmanship was high quality. The application process at the beginning of the project was an issue but the upper management resolved the issues and I was very pleased with the end result.
Romanoff Renovations were very friendly, professional, and clear and concise on what needed to be done. They completed it in a timely manner.
We signed a contract with them in December and we were quoted that it would take 3 days and it was completed until March 24th.
Everything was done efficiently. They kept me up to date on the progress weekly. and provided me with a quality job well done.
