As far as the two workers that came to my home, I gave them access to our entire home filled with antiques. They respected our property and belongings and were very trustworthy.

The whole process was very smooth for going through something like that! After having a house fire, Rite Way Restoration made it very easy and they were all very professional. They were always willing to help us out and answer any questions any time we needed them.

Poor quality and unethical service. This process started January of 2018 due to a dishwasher that was installed incorrectly and water had leaked into our basement through the ceiling resulting in a mold issue, and to date the work is not completed. My whole kitchen needed replaced and work was needed in the basement. And this is what we got:The basement ceiling and light that were damaged was repaired and now paint is falling off. Also, the walls were not primed before painted. Our kitchen counters and cabinets have not been sealed. Large, open gaps are visible. Backsplash and kickboard not installed. And can you believe this company took my molding that belongs around the wall to get a match, and has not put it back in. We've had to dispose of trash left behind. Make it so bad we've had to remove the company's lockbox left on our door. We've had electrical wiring hanging from our kitchen ceiling, that we've had to repair at our own expense. And the list continues. We were out of our home for six months, and as mentioned earlier, the work is still not completed. The company were well aware that we would need back in our home as instructed by Lowe's since we were having our entire kitchen replaced as well as lighting and ceiling work in the basement. Weeks after being back in our home, Rite Way wanted to come out and complete the work that should have been finished before we moved back in, and we refused to have them do any other work for us because of the poor quality of service the first time around. At this point we will need to have a different contractor come fix/finish what was not done right the first time. Rite Way is definitely, "The Wrong Way"!

They were not very respectful of my property, they broke several things of mine. However, in general, they were pretty good.

They started out great in terms of cleaning. As they did the remediation, things became awful. They brought in a contractor who left us without water on a weekend. We had to make arrangements to stay in a hotel, and they gave us no warning of this issue. The carpenter was also awful. We are still cleaning up sawdust around our home.

Rite Way Restoration was very slow starting on the work at my house. Lots of times I didn’t know when they were coming to work. I had to call several times to see when they were coming. It was very frustrating. However the people they sent out to work were very professional and did a great job. I was very satisfied with the finished product.
