What a great team! The installers were nice, efficient, and answered all my questions. One of my windows had a defect and they didn't try and hide it! Told me about it and let me know they were ordering a new one and soon as it came in they would install. I relaced all of my windows and sliding glass door. Several of my small windows I had them merge into big picture windows and they did a fantastic job! I have and will recommend them to anyone!!

I have been in real estate for a long time but this was my first experience with siding and windows on my own home. They were very thorough on explaining the process and the transitions between Harry the sales person to Ken, the manager of the installation to the window and siding guys were great. I was a bit uneasy on the windows because when we had remodeled the home previously our carpenter did a bunch of custom molding around the windows and there was just no way to remove it on the inside and put it back together. The window guys had no problem cutting the depths of things and even filling gaps required for the new windows. They buttoned everything up beautifully as if those windows had been there from the very beginning. The siding crew was also exceptional. I was nervous on this also because I knew there was some rotted wood under my old siding and I didn't really know just to what extent the damage was. They were not afraid as they pulled things apart and they just let me know what I needed to pick up at the lumber store to make the repairs and the additonal cost for that work was very reasonable (I almost felt a little guilty it was so low). They were excellent workers with great attitudes and not only did they do an excellent installation they also had great fit and finish and they cleaned everything up like they hadn't been there. I cannot say enough great things about our experience and I am so amazed at the heat savings and the noise reduction from the road since they did the hardy siding and the new windows and front door. Money well spent! As a business owner I know the importance of being able to have a conversation after the work has been done and I have Ken's personal cell phone and he always gets right back to me.
