It took a long time for them to get started. They didn't keep in touch to let me know why there was a delay.

The installer left everything as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. He kept us informed of the time he was coming. Could not have asked for more
I think they need to consider a back guard to keep water from splashing out of tub when jets are turned on, anti-slipping in the bottom of tub and they need something on the seat to keep you from sliding off the seat.

They did a wonderful job! They came in and removed a whirlpool tub that was too big for us and installed a shower, a stone wall and a new toilet. They were courteous, clean and fast.

The staff at Re-Bath Showroom are great. Stan, our installer, was absolutely wonderful! Stan is a true professional, courteous, arrived on time and worked all day long to get the job done! Stan is clearly a perfectionist and highly skilled - his work was impeccably done! He has a great personality - even my daughters and my dogs loved him.I wish that my consultant had asked what my budget was before we began consultation. We had just moved to Greensboro in July and this was my first bath remodel ever. I had leaking issues in both upstairs bathrooms and had been without a Master Bath for months so I was in a vulnerable position. I would have liked to have been educated on products and quality - Re-Bath vs their competition; DuraBath vs natural stone - seen all available options and individual prices of each item being ordered so that I could have made decisions that build confidence and justify costs. I wish there was software available that would demonstrate what the potential remodel would look like - much more thorough than looking through catalogues/sample pieces in order to make the best decision for this investment. Overall, I am very happy with Re-Bath and the quality of their products. Stan was absolutely the best part of our Re-Bath experience!
