Puroclean hired someone to do something and they did not do a great job. They then took over from the subcontractors and solved the problem immediately. I appreciate that. I was grateful.

The Blue Ribbon team was very professional and delivered on our project as designed. They were very accommodating to our busy family schedule and to our concerns about our pets during the entire construction process( 2 dogs and 3 indoor cats). In additon all the subcontractors were excellent.
