I (the homeowner) love the finished product, and the service people were very prompt, nice, and knowledgeable. However, the template for the bathroom vanity somehow didn't capture the exact positioning of the bathroom sink, since it required the sink to be seated about a 1/2 inch further forward than it had before. Therefore, a plumber was needed to adjust the drain pipes below the countertop after it was installed. I believe my contractor (McInnis) has taken up the cost reimbursement the plumber with Precision Countertops.

never told us they needed to drill under the cabinets and left me a mess of sawdust to clean up on shelves and infall my pots. Workman on the job said they couldn't do the finishing sealing grout along the counter edge due to wrong color, then was told that the company doesn't do that but if we paid $100.00 someone would come out.

the lead time for Precision was VERY long, in the future I mignt try and find an outfit that is quicker at getting out to do the templating.

Ashley was particularly friendly and effective with all communication we had with her. The gentleman that measured for the template was outstanding. The installation crew did a great job.

I was quite impressed with every aspect of our primary bedroom bathroom project. The Sales Representative was very professional and kept me well-informed throughout all stages of the project. The Template staff were quick and effective in their set-up work. Then, the installation staff completed their work in a reasonable length of time applying attention to detail. The end product is impressively beautiful and it was a pleasure working with every staff member!

Precision Countertops did an amazing job for us. They were able to come out on the day that worked best for us, allowing us to stay on schedule with our other contractors. The person making the template made a few small changes to ensure the countertops would mesh well with our cabinets. We have one seam on a long countertop, and the installation was done so well the seam is practically undetectable. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the quality of the product and the fine workmanship of Precision Countertops.

This is the second time we have had them do countertops in two different homes. Professional workmanship and very personable. On time and clean up was done well. Explained what to do and not do. The plumber who reinstalled our sink went above and beyond…, correcting a few things when he reinstalled.

Top to bottom this was a professional operation. Having worked with another countertop installer through Lowe's before, Precision was a smooth process where communication was clear, ahead of schedule and I felt confident they understood the requirements well. In contrast with Sage, the installer through Lowes. Sage required a waiver signed before the job that they take no responsibility for their damages to cabinets and backspashes.

You damaged my walls and then refused to fix it. You also measured windowsill incorrectly, so my faucet wouldn’t fit. Then when you came out to fix it and you shaved it off, I got no money back from the wasted material that I had to pay for.
