Precision Countertops would say they’ll email or call you back & won’t. They came out multiple times to do the measurements, delaying the project & wasting our time, because some of their workers aren’t as skilled at measuring.

We contacted Precision Countertops through the Home Depot. They were efficient. They maintained appropriate communication throughout the process. And most important, they left me with a beautiful kitchen.

This is the second time we have used Precision for our countertops. Our first house the customer service was great, install was perfect, and we were very happy with the product. This time our project coordinator changed three times, making it difficult to know who we were supposed to speak to. I had difficulty receiving a refund for being overcharged square footage and it took many calls between home depot and precision to get our money back. An hour before the installation team was supposed to arrive at our home they called to cancel and weren't able to fit us on their schedule for two days leaving me with no working kitchen with two small children. After they installed they rushed walking us through and brushed off the problems we had with their work, telling us the countertops would "settle" over time. Once we inspected the countertop, one of the corners moved half an inch down when weight was put on it and was un-secured to anything. The seam where the two countertops meet wasn't level or sealed. We also found one of our dishwasher brackets were folded up underneath the lip of the countertop, and a chip on the countertop next to the stove. The durability of this laminate doesn't seem to be equal to the Wilsonart laminate we had installed at our last home. Overall I am not happy with our experience.
Many months went by before my countertop was ready for installation, and then it was manufactured not to the correct specifications, causing further delay.

Silestone bathroom counter and double sink
Got a little weird with the Quarantine issues, but the company worked very well through it and we're very happy with the counters thus far. Only had them a couple weeks, so durability isn't something we can attest to, but the fit is good and the customer service has been great. Purchased through Home Depot, so I guess I could refer someone direct to Precision or through Home Depot.
