I wish I could say I would recommend Precision Countertops. The install was smooth and the individual who came out to measure our countertops was great - excellent customer service, kind, professional, and thorough. However, the communication when Precision Countertops staff were not physically at our house was abysmal. We still have emails in Kayla's inbox that have never been responded to and text messages that never got even an acknowledgment. Some of our emails and text messages were about very big concerns we had about our install process or questions we had about the countertops themselves. We paid extra to have the Precision Countertops team come out twice because Kayla was not in communication with us prior to them coming out. In addition, when the install happened, we had some questions about marks and residue on the countertops and how to care for them, and sent pictures of marks on the countertops we were concerned about and were hoping for some help on. We NEVER ever got a response - at all. We had to resolve our issue ourselves using Google. That's a huge oversight in customer communication.
Great experience overall.
The process was expected to be 4 weeks and it was more like 6
Overall very satisfied with the product and service.
I appreciated the flexibility to hold off on my countertops being initiated but when it came time to move forward. It took a few weeks to set up a template appointment. I was under the impression it would be 2 weeks after that to get installed. I was then notified after about 2 weeks had past that there needed to be an additional sign off and that my install actually hadn't even been in place. Someone dropped the ball or didn't communicate the process well. I even reached out to the VP Robert Hauserman to describe my experience and to try and get things moving more quickly. This event delayed my entire project.
Very friendly and very courteous
Simply put, Absolutely !
They installed damaged countertops. They knew the island was damaged, it was delayed for repairs (not communicated until they arrived, but knew in advance), then arrived with 3 chips on top. I had to find the chips myself and call to get a repair scheduled. I effectively had to pay for a damaged and repaired countertop. The repair is not the same as the material being original.
Every person I had contact with, was a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't have asked for better!
We love our countertop.. The installers who completed the install after the second quartz fabrication, Dylan and Aaron couldn't have been more helpful.. The respected our concerns and were a delight to work with. There were issues with the sink subtop that they were able to make the appropriate adjustments. The single seam where the two slabs meet is nearly invisible. They left the job site immaculate. Two thumbs up for the installers! So our only problem remains that the slab was miscut on the first go round. That left us essentially without a kitchen for more than a month.
Sold me a product they didn’t have and delayed installation multiple times, poor customer service, poor communication, countertops were damaged. This was possibly the worst experience I have had with any service in my entire life
This is the second survey I've taken the time to complete.
The entire process was easy to navigate. The installation crew was awesome, friendly, and professional. The countertop is gorgeous. I highly recommend Precision Countertop. This is the 3rd job with them and they are trusted and consistently excellent.
Please note: The countertop needed to be seamed. It was seamed in the middle of my workspace. It should have been seamed in the middle of the sink. Also, the backsplash is an embarressment. Only one short piece fits against the wall. This is because the installers did not have the time to do the job carefully.
Everything handled for the customer in terms of arranging scheduling and staying on top of availability. Questions answered promptly, all contacts seemed very professional.
From first phone call through final installation, the team at Precision were great. This was a small easy job - they handled it smoothly!
Excellent service, quick, efficient and professional
The installation was done as planned. No mess left behind, counter tops look beautiful
We did not pick Precision. Home Depot did.
They did a great job. Had the right tools and knew what they were doing. Would absolutely use them again.
This was my first time going thru this process so we weren't sure what to expect.
Precision countertops provided a beautiful piece of granite that was expertly installed by a local craftsman. All done at a very reasonable price. I definitely received good value for my money.
we would refer this company to a friend and family.
I'm on the fence of referring others because of the out-of-state coordination. I would definitely warn them of the hassle.
Loved the install, scheduling was really fustrating.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Precision Countertops, Inc. as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
