This was such a no hassle, quick, efficient, and easy to communicate with the salesperson and the job coordinator process, that I can't see going anywhere else to get a countertop. Also the results are speaking for themselves. People gasp when they see how elegant the countertop makes our small bathroom look.

I wasn’t happy with how they cut the long piece on the side with the sink. I would have preferred the cut be on the opposite end but they didn’t ask. The side it’s on shows because they are two different finishes. Also the sink drain wasn’t put on straight and one side shows glue 😒

The Home Depot salesperson was great and everything else seemed great until they did not arrive on the day of installation. Then when they did come on the next installation date they had a real bad attitude. Totally ignored me. Complained about disconnecting and capping the plumbing that I paid a lot of money for and neglected to reattach the dishwasher to the new countertop or even tell us that we needed a special bracket or anything to that effect. I have spoken with Chelsea and Home Depot and almost a month later have had no response from anyone. Every day I see my lovely new countertops I regret spending the money and think of the unresolved issues.

no way this was painful experience. I will never suggest precision countertop to any of my customers again!

I am not happy with the countertop. I will not recommend Precision Countertops to any of my fellow property investors.From day one I am missing a piece of edging/trim by the stove and an edge of the countertop pulled itself up and became uneven. I voiced my concern and someone from Precision countertops returned to look at the countertop, and they did not offer a solution to my missing trim. I paid thousands of dollars for a product that remains damaged and looks ghetto.

They came in and did the template and a couple days later we were getting scheduled as they had already made our countertops and worked with us on the scheduling to meet our schedule

They have a great selection and all of the people I spoke with were great. My only negative is how very expensive they are.

I would not recommend precision to someone else. While my project turned out fine and looks nice. There was so many issues and headaches that came along during the process. Also double check all invoices, bogus charges will be on there unless you ask them to explain then they will remove.
