Precision Countertops did everything right. They arrived on time, and they finished on time. The installation is perfect; I can find no flaws. The quartz material is perfect; I can find no flaws.
Was a great experience. I would recommend anyone who is considering a slab project to talk to Percision Countertops.

My countertops are beautiful, offering top that will last for years! A great level of experience and integrity was demonstrated in each aspect of the process. Precision Countertops is an excellent organization.
Precision countertops seemed great initially but overall communication was terrible - I would hear back mostly on a Friday evening and by the time I would respond I was told that it would have to wait till Monday and this I think was one of the reasons that everything in terms of our countertops took more than 2 months to finish. Communication was terrible in terms of delays
Precision Countertops was very professional, communicated well, and did a great job.
The technicians were fast and thorough. I did notice after they left the backsplash was slightly to much to the left and not centered. I gently slid the backsplash over and all is well.
Knowledgeable, professional, quick, clean, experienced, answered all questions...the Precision Countertops people all didn’t a great job and handled one small mis-cut with no problem.

Overall, I am pleased with the work done by Precision. My main complaint is that some type of liquid used during the process, possibly to install the undermount sink, dripped down onto one of the lower cabinets, which are painted a dark blue. It definitely discolored the paint. The installer was able to use some time of cleaner to wipe it off and it mostly, but not completely, was removed but an outline of drip marks can be seen still. Disappointing especially because everything is brand new, including the dark blue cabinets.
Also, it was difficult to understand the installer and he seemed to not be as concerned about the discoloration on the cabinet and seemed anxious to leave.
From selecting a product to installation, all positive
The communication from them is not good. Between the person on the phone, the person texting, and the installers, we were told conflicting information. We did not end up with the project that we wanted.
I had reviewed and investigated 6 different installers. I am very happy I landed with Precision Countertops. I will definitely not only recommend them but also engage them in the future for my next project.
We would recommend Precision Countertops to anyone who wants to work with quality products and quality people.
Our experience with Precision Countertops was wonderful from beginning to end. They were so good about notifying exacting when they were coming and what was going to be done. I would highly recommend them to others.
No problem with anything except sink doesn't totally drain. Keeps a couple tablespoons water in the bottom of sink. I'm going to try to replace the drain I have to see if that helps. I would suggest looking at your mold to see if it could be slightly "steeper" near the drain hole.

I was looking forward after many months of construction of our kitchen to see our
new countertops. I chose the Thinscape for the thin sleek look. When viewing the final product, what a dissapointment. The seam is noticable to a fault due to two different grains going opposite ways. I took pictures for Precision tp view but no response. A van to deliver a u shaped product could be the challenge. I will not reccomend this company's product.
Yes I would recommend precision and I am confident they will fix the blemish in production of quartz
