Great communication throughout the project. Friendly staff and installers. Countertops look amazing and they mounted the undermount sink for us. Was ready ahead of schedule.
There was an issue during installation with the water valve. The crew was able to stop the water but had to cut into my wall. I have reached out several times to the original scheduler (only contact number I have) to ask what the plan is to repair the drywall damage and have received no response. Very disappointing.
Communication was excellent, work schedule was adhered too! New countertop and backsplash are beautiful!

The product has a quality look about it and suits the rest of the room decor perfectly. So glad the Home Depot rep, Helix Hullin, described the process and gave me other folks' experiences also. That convinced me to spend the extra money.
Communication was incomplete and inaccurate leaving us with several unexpected appointments and costs from a third party. Information was provided solely via text message despite attempts to contact via phone. Changes to our order and invoice were not provided via receipt or other documentation outside of a text message explanation.
Installers broke mirror above my new quartz countertop. Having trouble reaching the seller at Home Depot (on vacation) as well as the woman that books installation appts. (Not returning calls about mirror replacement) Broken mirror occurred on June 26th.
Great customer service. Kept us apprised from when we ordered our countertops all the way to install. If we had any questions they were answered in a timely manner.
Would never recommend this company to anyone due to the lack of communication and inability to take responsibility for their mistake. Plus, not fixing the issue or addressing it.

Simply update the customer on the progress of product, from measurement to production to installation without customer having to always be the one to initiate the communications.
A little more communication when an item that is ordered is out of stock let them know instead of leaving them in the dark about it
The caulking around the countertops was put in sloppily. It should be correctly applied.

Great. Very gentleman to come to my home got the job done and a timely matter and cleaned up very nicely and the area outside too.
The customer service rep, Tabitha, I talked to was very short with me, unhelpful, and often blew me off. She didn't have empathy or show me concern when I told her I was left without a sink. The job took way longer than expected and there was never a formal apology.
After waiting over 8 weeks, 1st countertops arrived damaged
The install chipped the sink and wouldn't acknowledge it, he did not center the countertop on the cabinet, and one drawer doesn't open properly, it sticks on the new countertop.
The choices of material are great, this is the 4th time we've used Precision in remodel projects.
