Very good quality

The tops look great. However, the cutouts for electrical were left unfinished. It's gonna require someone with more knowledge than I have to resolve this. Not happy with the fact that this will cost more money.

Precision Countertops did a great job and met the timelines that they laid out for us. Counters went in when they said they would so it did not hold any other of the projects up. When they left, everything was cleaned up and ready to go. They set the undermount sinks and everything looks great.

The quality of the templating, the fabrication and the installation were all excellent.

I will highly recommend this company for any countertop, backsplash or tilework! Products are of the highest quality, the personnel are excellent! Could not ask for a better experience.Will definitely be contacting Precision for further work!

The installation crew was very professional and they did a great job with the our new counter tops. I was impressed with the quality of the counter tops and we are so very pleased with them.

Precision Countertops made several errors during the entire process. From the initial templating, which was wrong, to damage caused by their installation team, and finally, the customer service department failed to show up for two scheduled inspection appointments, even after they were confirmed. Customers beware!. Save yourself a big headache. There are far better countertop companies available than Precision Countertops.

Beautiful countertops, exceeded ecpectations

I was very happy with everything with the exception of timelines. The amount of time between the countertop measure, install, backsplash measure and the backsplash install was 6 weeks.

With laser measurements, text and email follow-up, informative videos, clear and timely scheduling options and phone communications available as desired, Precision Countertops is well named. Excellent is the rating they deserve.

Follow up on our service was nearly nonexistent. Workmanship was marginal at best. Our countertops are still shedding dust onto our floors and into our drawers many months after installation. We are deeply unimpressed by the low quality service and communication.

Tabitha from the office never returned my texts post installation with areas that were left wrong or incomplete, and the techs made errors. The job was neither precise or perfect - far from it.

I didnt noticed until we went to hookup the water lines-- They never attached the bracket for the dishwasher.to mount. My plumber had to make a special trip to get a bracket that they should have attached-- I've had a few installed by you , never had a issue. Also I had another hole drilled for a soap dispenser which was drilled off center from the that was predrilled. It actually was so tight to the sink I had to overlap the nut underneath. Not good , next time I probably will babysit them. The plumber expense almost doubled cuz the screw ups.

Very professional and timely

They were wonderful! From planning, set up, execution and follow up- they communicated the whole way through. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was intimidated at the prospect of a kitchen remodel. I worked with staff at home Depot to select my countertop and that made it feel much more approachable. There were a lot of decisions to be made along the way but the countertop was by far the easiest and I could not be happier with the result! The process and staff at precision countertop really made this a smooth process for me.

Total professional and high quality at every step in the process.

The countertops are beautiful in my kitchen and it looks better than I was expecting it to look.

2. Demo and installation of the countertop and sinks. The countertop and sinks are top of the line. Should have been treated as such.
** Two stars
a. Excess use of silicon on countertop and sinks, no use of blue tape on counter or sinks to minimize silicon smear. Made a mess had to come back and remove what he could.
b. Sinks not centered in hole. Not excusable
c. Use of 2x4’s to hold up one sink up when they did not have the correct parts. We called you on it. Were they just going to leave them? Unnecessary holes in our nearly new cabinets.
d. The silver sink supports used are not best practice for mounting sinks and looks temporary with shims. Wood strips should have been installed prior to mounting the countertop to use the included clips from sinks.
P.S this was done when you installed our kitchen sink and quartzite counter 2 years ago
e. Left the front door wide open all morning leaving us in the cold.

Our dog was on a leash under our control all four days.
We purchased special covers for the 8 holes in our cabinets.
When we questioned the sink installation, the worker said he couldn’t do it right. Not true.

We were disappointed since our previous experience in our kitchen was so positive.

Every stage of our kitchen remodel project was completed very well in a timely manner by friendly and professional staff. Our questions were answered and any issues quickly resolved.

I loved the text updates and the man that came to measure did a good job. The installers were excellent.

From first contact to install: effective, efficient, informative videos prepared us for the whole process. Absolutely professional and quality people and product.

We had a bathroom countertop made for an owner done remodel. The cabinet was in place, the sink and faucet picked out and I was ready to buy countertop material and make the countertop. It turns out that for very little more than the cost of the material, Home Depot (using Precision Countertops) was able to make our custom countertop! And they did an excellent job (probably way better than I could do...)!

We were pleased with the quality and installation!

Showed up on time and made the two countertops in one piece with no seams as I asked. Install went good and guys were easy to work with .

After securing and paying for our bathroom counter top @ Home Depot we were informed by staff @ Home Depot that Pecision Counter Tops would be reaching out to us to schedule an complete survey of our countertop measurements and a comprehensive review of the bathroom floor plan. This was scheduled six weeks after the purchase. After the six weeks, we received our first installation date that was approximately 22 days later. Two days before the first scheduled installation date we were informed that materials weren’t on hand to create our countertop and they would call for a second installation date. We were then called and scheduled for a Third installation date two days before that installation date we were called to say they were not ready and apologized and scheduled what would be our last and fourth scheduled installation date. Our countertop in the bathroom was 52“ x 22“ and a laminate over plywood.

1. The counter top arrived damaged with some sort of epoxy repair on the corner. Instead of telling me about this before hand or when installed I had to contact Precision and request a partial refund to make up for the damaged counter. 2. The installers did not correctly level the counter top, nor did they inform of the issue during install and I had to find this out later when the back splash was installed.

Communication could have been much better.
We were left in limbo on at least two occasions and then told emphatically that we were notified of delays when we were not.
And I was hung up on once.

I reached out with some problems with the install. 1) chipped back splash and caulk was milky instead of crystal clear.

Need better communication!

They were easy to communicate with even when we had to redo the counters.

Three trips to a remote location to complete the project.

Still waiting for the job to be completed, but I promise you I’ll give him more detailed evaluation. Once the job is completed, if it gets to that point.

Counter top looks great. There is a seam but you can find it.
