They were great to deal with. They did what they said they would do. Explaining the process, the timetable, to the final install. Love the counter top!

Cut the counter 5 ' from my open garage door. Where do you think the debris ended up? It is also all over my vehicle. That stuff will destroy a paint job if not removed properly! They left the factory sticky goo on the backsplash. They over applied silicone, it is everwhere and everything is sticking to it .
Precision Countertops were so accommodating and friendly. We would recommend them to everyone!

Overall a disappointing experience. First, the service and the manufacture did not warrant the price. We ordered in October 2022. I finally got the last of the order in April 2023. The first order sat on the docks in Anchorage for weeks. When it arrived the bathroom counter top was too short and the pre-fab hole for the sink was too large. That was re-measured and sent back for remanufacturing. I was told it would be a priority and back asap. That turned out to be 2 1/2 more months. While we waited for the last countertop I worked on installing the sink faucet only to have the sink fall on me while I was underneath it. Finally, the last piece arrived, I arranged to be home all day for delivery. At noon I was told they had loaded the wrong pieces and they would have to come the next day. It's a remote cabin 90 minutes from town so taking another day off was not my first choice. Fortunately one of the team got in her car and drove the piece to the install crew. When they arrived the piece was again too short. The installer made shims from material he cut from the sink so it works, if not perfectly. When he cut the hole for the bathroom faucet he cut it precisely 1/2" off center. This past weekend I spent $80 on drills to cut a new hole to center the faucet on the sink. Now we have to use the escutcheon place to cover the oversize hole. All in all I feel like choosing Home Depot and Precision Countertops was a poor choice.

In to big of a hurry .Put a small ding in green house window & when back splash crew left they didn't check outlets & 2 are still not working. Window trim still isn't fixed.

Communication was via text message which was slow and unprofessional for a project of this value. It was almost impossible to get someone on the phone to discuss schedule issues and replies to queries took almost a week. I couldn’t get any documentation of the final price or templating contact I signed, and couldn’t get anyone from the company to respond on this in a timely way. There was a period of a few weeks where I wasn’t confident that the project was happening.
I felt like the process was set up to process the large number of customers coming in via Home Depot - so, impersonal with lots of computer generated text messages and no one specific to talk to. I had issues even finding a phone number to call to get updates.
Otherwise, the on-site crews were professional and did a good job. They were the part of the project that reinstilled confidence that the right things were happening.
They did not complete installation because of their measurement error and refused to correct a very simple problem.

They have experience working with my cabinet company, Cutting Edge, so there was good coordination and no challenges.
There were hidden costs that were NOT mentioned by the Home Depot sales rep, the several different people I was tossed around to with Precision Countertops, or in ANY written information and contracts.
I would definitely recommend precision countertops. They were professional, friendly and courteous and they were quick cleaned up. The quality of the countertops is excellent and so was the workmanship. I would hire them again.

The person who came to do my template communicated that he was delayed. He was very helpful in explaining options and answering questions. the installers arrived early and were finished in a very short time. The countertops look beautiful.
Company did a great job at what they did install. Didn't clean very well afterward. Measurements were ok, I would have thought with the laser instruments that it would have been more precise.
Sink cutout was assumed to be a certain size by person doing template, but that wasn't discovered until installation, which meant over a week with no sink for our family of 6 while they ordered a different sink. A discount was discussed but then denied when the job was done.
Laminate work done correctly and properly. Sink and faucet work was a mess with little communication, late arrival.
There was bad communication between the office taking my order and the technicians that prepared the counter top. Although the counter area was carefully and accurately measured by the person in charge of measuring my countertop space, the the office was told many times about the 1/8th inch bevel that was required, the first piece brought to my house was completely wrong in terms of bevel size and the size of the piece to be installed. Then, Precision sent someone to re-measure my space and that was a complete waste of my time. It took several weeks to re-measure, the same numbers were found, and again I had to wait another 3 weeks for the next piece to be delivered and installed. From ordering to finally getting my countertop was nearly 4 months. This is ridiculous and I will not use this company again. On the good side, the office staff was very patient with my requests and the person taking the laser based measurements in my home was friendly and did accurate work. I think the main issues are that Precision is taking on too many clients, and the technicians preparing countertop material do not look carefully at their orders.

Very good quality and installation on a white granite countertop and granite sink. Seams on the countertop are nearly invisible, showing up only in specific lighting. Project coordination was excellent. Always knew what to expect and when.
Precision Countertops was great to work with. We had counters installed in a home in another city and they worked with us to schedule when we were in town.

Yes, for the convenience of getting the whole job managed from the removal of the old tile counter and back splash to the re-installation of sink and cooktop. Turn around time from placing the order to installation was very reasonable. 100% payment up front gives you no leverage if there is an issue. Communication could be much better when a problem is raised, and the resolution of the problem did not feel as though there was any urgency on their part to resolve it. Suggesting caulk to fill in for missing grout felt as though they thought dealing with a woman they could slide this suggestion by. Our experience with PC was 5 star - until there was a problem.
There was a mistake in the measuring that no one told me about. I made a superficial inspection and everything looked good, but they had to have known about the half inch mistake.
Worst experience with a big ticket purchase we have ever had. Failure to respond to issues in a timely manor. Sales person would rather text very long text rather than engage with customers to plan and execute a project.
Communications with Precision were all very clear thoughout the process. Never any surprises. The installer did a great job. Nest and professional.

The layout/ seams blend very well. Crew was professional and worked quickly. Only downside was some limited English, but minor issue.
I purchased a remodel through Home Depot. Between Home Depot and Precision, it was a very difficult project. Although I am happy with the results, getting there was unreasonabley hard due to lack of good Customer Service, amateur installation, lack of meaningful communication....and it is still incomplete.
The entire team I worked with through the process was excellent.
Not as professional as we had hoped. We're still awaiting resolution on some problems and unfortunately are not completely confident that we will be satisfied with the end result.
