A one day install on 7/17 has turned into 3. Laminate was not cut properly and full install could not take place. 2nd return visit was to install correct laminate and backsplash but the backsplash was cut to incorrect size after being thoroughly discussed. Precision took accountability for these errors. 3rd trip is scheduled for 9/16 so job is not complete. Asked for a credit as this is a big inconvenience especially since we do not live at the jobsite. Felt the amount offered was insufficient.

Communication is slow

The installers were courteous and did a good job on the countertops they installed. However, we discovered after they were done and we were inspecting them more closely, that the countertops on either side of the space where the range will go were 1/2" off in height. We had them take off the countertop to the left, shim it up, and reset it in. It worked out and became level. The second thing is that we were told after the order went in that we needed to pay for a "metal" plate to support the countertop that would be over a span without cabinets. What was actually used was particle board and per my husband, not a good one at that. It was not strong. Paying about $180 for that (which we know it was well over the real cost of it) was very disappointing. Thinking we were getting a metal plate for support would have been one thing (as we were told), but receiving cheap particle board to us was deceptive. We were not happy with that.

i feel i got taken advantage of re the trip fees. i had my kitchen remodel 2 yrs ago without any complaints, i was super pleased. due to a decision i made to leave a base cabinet space open, i couldn't find a baker's rack to fit into the oddly arranged measurements. it tried everything. i wound up having to install a base cabinet. precision charged a trip fee to come out and measure, and a trip fee to install a 4ft replacement backsplash and a 20x22in top for the base cabinet. there was no attempt on precision's part to take into consideration my previous transaction when the job was finally completed 2 yrs later. the minimum fee has no wiggle room nor do the trip fees. it seems to me, there could be in cases like mine, discounting or waiving that would have really been helpful. especially in light of the number of deliveries made on those days in areas close to me. i have no complaints with respect to the countertop, install or the great staff. it looks as good as it can all things considered.

Wasn’t aware of the template dimensions. The templater shoved a screen in my face and asked me to sign. I thought that I was signing that he had completed his work. Not so. Next time I will verify all of the measurements before I sign.

Trying to get a hold of company to get answers is near impossible.

These guys know their stuff.

Already stated....first product couldn't fit into kitchen, then when sent back...there was a shipping error to further delay the finished product. Held up occupancy date by 12 days!

Please let's wait until the job is finally finished before I render my thoughts. I don't think things could get worse, but maybe they still can.

The installers were excellent at their work and we are happy with the result.

The process is so time consuming with many steps. Maybe that can't be helped, but it was the most difficult of all else I had going on with the remodel.

There were some fumbles with our install. In the end it was fine, but delayed the project by weeks.

The countertops were installed absolutely perfectly.

Tech who measured for the countertops was knowledgeable and gave us a great recommendation on new sink options. He walked us through his process and also made a great recommendation on edge finishing for the stone so it would best match what we had before.

Techs who installed the countertops were also very knowledgeable and the worked swiftly and to a very high level of quality. They also explained their process and made helpful recommendations about trim options.

Communication, follow up on dates of installs countertop and plumbing was informed by Home Depot staff before your company.
Dishwasher was contract however when the plumber arrived to install the sink and garbage disposal. I asked about the dishwasher, he seemed shocked but answered they do not do installation of dishwasher. There are areas which I feel were not covered.

Evertbody was friendly and professional.

Sean’s in the backsplash. And asked them about it and was told the backsplash was too big to be done in one piece. But the piece for the island makes the backsplash look tiny. And the island is one piece.

The countertops are beautiful and the price was great!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I appreciated Tabitha checking back in as we waited for our sink to come.

Very good communication and sincerely excellent customer service. I was kept informed at every step and they’re response was timely.

Re-scheduling the installation was inconvenient for us and very difficult for scheduling with the other crews to follow. We had a new, boxed Bosch dishwasher sitting in the dining room from June 20, waiting to be installed. When the countertops were installed on August 18, a plumber from Precision Countertops followed the next day to install the sink. He said he was not allowed to install the dishwasher. His work resulted in overly congested sink plumbing, and loose fittings. Worst of all, IT LEAKED.

The plumber who came to install the dishwasher had to re-plumb the complete undersink pipes to accommodate the dishwasher and tighten the cold water to the sink to contain the leak.
Although satisfied with the countertop design and the installation crew, it was difficult for the work to be completed. Emails changed dates. The countertops were authorized on July 12, 2025 purchase, finally installed on August 18, with inadequate plumbing on August 19. Now the dishwasher is installed with corrected sink plumbing at our expense. We do not recommend Home Depot and Precision Countertops.

Amy and her crew were fantastic the template guy came out to measure and found our cabinets not level which was a problem Amy was able to help with this issue by referring a cabinet maker to come out and level the cabinets the day before our granite countertops were installed the granite was completely level and has given our kitchen a much needed upgrade making our kitchen space luxurious and ready for the holidays the whole process from picking out the granite at Home Depot with a kitchen designer and then following through with Precision Countertops to install was practically painless I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Precision Countertops to anyone that wants to get new countertops installed without worry

I would definitely recommend Precision Countertops to someone planning on getting new countertops. Everything went smoothly and communication was great. Work was scheduled and completed in a timely fashion.

Unclear on requirements for laser.

Excellent service and communication. Installation was quick and very professional.

They were friendly and professional and very easy to work with from start to finish.

They did the job in the time frame they said they would. I also liked being informed and seeing the little videos they sent.

Check back with customers after the job to be sure they are satisfied with the results.

These folks were committed to getting the job done right!

The counter edges appear to be scratched in a number of places.

The two installers were phenomenal and did amazing work. The countertop looks stunning. It was clear to me that they had installed many times and knew exactly what they were doing, making me feel confident that the job would go smoothly.

All of the crew was good and professional/ Except for Kevin in the showrooom. He looked me straight in eye and lied to me. He wanted me to put in tile, with a disclaimer that if it was a bad install, they were not responsible. What an *******. I told him I would not do that. Then he complained about having to pay a restocking fee. Your mistake, not mine. Then when I changed tile, and asked him about bullnose. He told me tile makers don't make bullnose. I went on the tile website, and they do in fact have bullnose. Then he said he couldn't get that tile, It would take two months. I needed 32 sq ft. He told a Precision employee he could only get 30 feet. When I asked him, he said he could not get anything close to that. I don't know who he was lying too there.

I was disappointed with the "rendering" of the countertops that I paid $250 extra for. Had I known it would be a computer generated animation rather than a photo of the actual slab I would be getting, I would not have ordered it. In addition, although the installers came back quickly the next day when my contractor realized a ledge was not level, it was disappointing that it wasn't done correctly in the first place. I feel like the amount of money I paid for the install (relatively close to the amount I paid for the granite) was quite expensive in comparison to the amount of time it took the installers to put in my countertops (less than an hour).

These guys are great. A most beautiful counter top. Work was completed exactly on time, for a fair price, hassle free and we love it!

My ratings stem from the fact that Home Depot ordered the wrong formica, we discovered this when Tabitha reached out to confirm the order and share details. She said she had made the necessary changes. When the countertop arrived it was the incorrect material. I am in the process of listing the house and didn't have the luxury of time to send it back. If I had planned to stay here I would have and lived without a sink for 4 to 6 weeks. Tabitha was great to work with, this HD error, then compounded by precision is very disappointing

Quality customer care and quality product, through and through.

Our only criticism of our project was that we have a wall-mount kitchen faucet and well into the project we were told we needed to hire our own plumber (at a non-trivial additional cost) to disconnect and reconnect it for the backsplash install. This may be understandable, but we did not receive any credit for the plumbing charges in our bill (over $500, which included a top-mount faucet disconnect/reconnect, as well as other items we do not have, e.g., dishwasher, disposal).

I was expecting more from Precision Countertops but failed short from beginning to end.

The countertops are perfect.

Not sure I would recommend, in the end I'm happy with the counter, but the process was agonizing.
