The demonstration of the windows was enlightening. The installation was quick. Everyone was very professional snd easy to work with.

I purchased 5 windows and a patio door. Windows look great and patio door is good. The project manager was very nice. He managed to sell me a front door which I was under the impression was just under 12K. The door was delivered and installed. Really nice looking door. I find out today that the actual price is 24k. I am so upset! Deceptive!

They did the job nicely and quickly; they were neat. I was hesitant in the beginning because I had been taken before; Rocky came out and calmed me down. They did a nice job and they are coming back out to do the doors.

The entire staff with the company was very considerate of my property both inside and outside, making sure everything in the rooms the windows were being installed was covered, floor, furniture, etc. Made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards and any trash was removed. Always kept me updated on the progress of the job as well through both their app and calls.

The team was extremely nice to work with. They worked within our budget. They came back and inspected their own work and followed up with a few minor corrections to make sure the windows opened/closed with ease.

Initially sold on our front window, which was cut to large amd proceeded to be put in, I wanted the window foxed with the correct size and my husband was sold on more work that really is needed to be done on the house, amd the window we initially started with I am very unsatisfied with.

The workers did an excellent job!

The installation went well, but the service to fix something that needs fixing has and still needs fixing is terrible. The day they installed the windows and sliding glass doors I called to report that one of the handles was very loose and needed service. Also a attachment plate for a screen was the wrong color and it would be a couple of weeks. This installation was almost two months ago and nothing has been done.

Our salesperson was thorough. Informative, patient, and convincing.

The guys were hard workers, clean, and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job.

I have been trying to contact them. There are issues with some of the work that was done and they have not come out to look at or resolve the issues. They have not sent the inspector out. There was a communication issue with one of the workers because he did not speak English and something was not done that should have been.

They did a good job, cleaned up after themselves and left the property in better condition than when they found it.

All aspects of the project were truly satisfactory EXCEPT the 'inspector" who said he was not there to do a hard sell on another project and then proceeded to launch a long and annoying hard sell!

The men that worked at the job were wonderful. Jamison was wonderful. The quality control man who showed up to look at the job, named Ron, was terrible. He convinced my husband into a contract for $76,000.00. We spent the day after Ron was there and spent money to get the contract cancelled. He didn't answer our phone calls. We told him we did not want to do the siding until we spoke to our son, and that night I noticed a contract on the computer for $76,000.00. My husband just got out of the hospital the week before. I told him my husband is not well, and he made my husband put his finger to sign the contract. We went through ****. The men who installed it were wonderful and did a wonderful job cleaning up everything, but we have not heard back about a window that needs to be replaced in our kitchenette.
