I'm taking a survey based on Power and I think they are really great. They did an outstanding job.
Great sales and installation folks!
Very good overall.
Work and product great- custom service and community need improvement
Overall, we were pleased with the main window installation team.
Very good work and very prompt service.
They were very nice, and I felt the company was honest with me.
Too expensive. Very impersonal experience getting 'do not reply' texts and emails ALL the time. I was told all workers were employees, but none were. I was asked to sign documents detailing things I didn't witness. You are all about the money.
Well , firts initial visit , the seller took wrong pics , 2nd visit the lead for the installation still didn't do corrections for the sliding door. Last the installation crew made some light damage, the biggest was at the lower window but it was fixed , still I have to repainted it , the schedule for the las sliding door was canceled and I had to wait another day , there's more but im not going there !oh small scratches on the slide door
They are fantastic! They were very professional. The salesman I had was very informative, not pushy, and very understanding if we didn't want to do the deal that day.
I enjoyed the process from start to finish!
I would recommend Power Home Remodeling. Their team is knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my decision to select them. They are though and treated my property with respect.
I do love out new windows and happy we got them that being said. Install crew left rotting wood in two windows, they actively kept closing the door to the room to hide it. I asked them if the buck frame was replaced they said yes, but it wasn't. When it came to signing after they thought I was crazy for trying to inspect them. They were very pushy. Usually when your proud of your work you want people to see it. 13 out of 15 windows we bought have scratches on them. 13 of the windows guys, why would you even install them in the first place. We had a project manager come take pictures the day after and we have yet to hear anything how this is going to be rectified. For over 20k this is unacceptable. I was sold on quality and customer service and will be happy to change my rating when I see these because that's why we went with the company.
I'm just very pleased with what I have had done so far.
The reason for the 3-star is that the first person did something and they told us no, the second person came out and told the appraiser to look at the attic, and he said, according to the contract, which was effective in July, it's required that we do an attic check. He came back and said bad news: the rafter is beginning to split, and that it could cause the roof to collapse. They haven't come for that yet, but they did everything else. Now we're stuck with a high bill and only half of the work is completed. It's almost like paying for a new house. They presented the problem and said we would handle it, and we were aware of the amount. The only thing is, we didn't like waiting for the final manager to do the inspection. My granddaughter and I feel like they should have said everything in the beginning.
Process was fast and easy
The new windows, sliding glass door and front door look amazing.
Disappointed in a couple of areas.
Good work, on time
Power Home Remodeling's professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched.
The Quality Assurance (QA) team that came during the installation were expressly an additional sales attempt and were not predominantly concerned with evaluating the work completed. The QA reviewers, a male and a female, did not precisely describe the duration of their visit upon arrival and only stated they "had a few questions to make sure we were satisfied" implying their questions would primarily refer to the work completed that same date and ensure the previous visits (original lead, follow-up visit by a salesperson, and a final pre-inspection) were up to Power standards, but instead resulted in a 2.5 hour conversation turn argument where the QA reviewers refused to leave until my wife and I escorted them out of the house. This was also after the QA reviewers had drawn up a recommended additional project of ~$45,000 which is approximately 20% of our total home value under the guise of urgently needed repairs and also requiring us to complete a Consumer Reports review live, in front of the QA reviewers with them taking a picture confirming the review was completed. Outright will NOT be recommending Power and will be adamantly recommending friends, family, and neighbors to actively flee Power whenever possible.
Prompt. Great follow up. Thorough explanations of options. No pressure sales. Friendly yet professional. Excellent products. Efficient installation staff.
Every step along the way was handled with courtesy, professionalism, patience, and care. Each person involved was highly qualified and knowledgeable.
The one day installation and the professional installer.
They are very easy to talk to, and understood the process in which I was dealing with.
We are most likely to recommend and have to our neighbors already!
