I was very pleased with what was done, they were very professional and they cleaned the areas very well. Can in the house introduces themselves, had a little conversation about what there going to do and went straight to work. Great job!

The installers were efficient and work was good. The door installation was done by Carlos with great precision.

My experience with the company, from sales to installers, was nothing but first-class.

I encountered issues with the quality of the windows, communication, installation, installers, and just all around a lot of issues with my entire experience. They say the quality is supposed to be great. The time it took to complete my installation and the amount of times they had to come back to finish install was unacceptable.

Everyone was professional, transparent, and easy to work with from start to finish. The Power Home Remodeling app was also great for keeping me updated and making the process stress-free. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely contact them again. Thanks for the excellent work!

Initially, we signed up to do four windows and a door. When they sent the person out to measure, even though they had already measured the first time, they send a second person to check measurements. We were told that one window was too small, and they would not be able to replace that one. We have already discussed not doing the door right now, just do the windows. After hearing that, it was kind of disappointing. We said it was fine, and would just deal with it. We got the windows done, and after they were done, the quality assurance person came out. This person is not just quality assurance, he is an up seller as well. I told him about the window and that we were disappointed to not get the window done. He ends up measuring it and tells us that they have a certain person on the team that they trust to cut into the dry wall and replace the window. He said if they did the window, we would have to do the door as well because they don't just come out for one window. It was upsetting that they could have done the window after all, so why not send someone out to remeasure and see if you have the person that can do it and include that window the first time. It was like it was set up, and they wanted to talk us back into the door, so they left the window out since they knew we wanted that, and they had an opportunity. He told us we can do the window, but you have to do the door as well. Then, we noticed when the quality assurance person came out, we told him, he there is this part of the window that they did not put the caulking in one area. He tells us, ok, he will have him come back out today or tomorrow to do that for us. After the whole conversation, we said we were not going to do the door and since you can't do the window on its own, we do not need anything else. We never saw the guy that was supposed to come out and fix the caulking. I was going to go on social media as I have a lot of reviews on Google and blast the company. I was kind of thinking I would wait to call someone and see if they will resolve it since I am also a business owner. I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix things. I have been so busy that I have not had the opportunity to call in.

The gentlemen who came out to take out thr old and install the new windows were very efficient. The windows look great.

From start to finish, they were all good. We will see if any troubles come up, and see how the warranty goes.

The workmanship, which I watched them the entire time, they were extremely maticulous with leveling everything. The only thing I would say is that their price is high compared to a lot of other contractors. However, the worker that did the work, did an excellent job.

Everything, honestly, the whole experience went very smooth. From meeting Alex, the salesman, to the installation team. Everything was flawless and is absolutely beautiful. I have no complaints.

It was done fast. I am still experiencing the quality of the work. I haven't gone through a good winter yet to see the difference. I got it done because I know it's been over 20 years. I am still trying to figure out how they will do in the winter. It was done quick and they cleaned up good. I was satisfied in that sense. My energy bill will let me know how good they are. They look good.
