The sales pitch set expectations higher than quality received. For the price, I would expect better quality of install. This will be explained further below.

People they're very hard working and friendly.

Workers did not show during the scheduled appointment time, changes were made without informing us, communication is just lacking. The work is beautiful and cleanliness is good.

Power Home Remodeling was very friendly, easy to work with and professional. They did good on the installation, but I did have a few complaints on the contracting crew that came out or it would have been 5/5.

I am giving Power Home Remodeling a 4-star rating here due to the pervious experience I had with them regarding my roof. I had a lot of issues with the roof install. This time I got siding and it was good.

The crew was very good! The deconstructing of the old windows was very time consuming but the installation went very well. They did a GREAT job!

So far, from beginning to end, it has been very professional, and I have not had to call them back.

Initial marketing felt very intense, and the projects are too expensive. The interest rate is also violently predatory. I was not told the presentation would be over 6 hours long. They kept saying how the products are amazing, so that’s why the price is so high. I expect the warranty to be extremely generous. I also don’t like how the company shares customer info despite going through a class action lawsuit 10 years ago. I did not give out my parents cell phone number, but somehow they are receiving text messages asking them to fill out this survey. They don’t live at the home where the projects were completed.
