To many issues where customer service have to make several trips to repair. The team that came out to do the final measurements needed to have more knowledge on how the final product would look at the end (door installation). Had a storm door on the front door and now I’m not able to reinstall it without having to modify the door opening.

Multiple discussions about timeline. Upsetting questioning who “wears the pants” in our house. When the screen door was installed, it looked good but after a few uses, it randomly slides crooked so we already have a work order in to fix but it won’t occur for weeks.

The team arrived on time, the job was done expeditiously and they cleaned up. However there were a few things there was some nail holes in my ceiling and they said I could just patch them. Also after inspection once they left I found three issues with the roof which I will be calling about.

I value the quality of products that Power uses for the projects I hired them to complete. The cost was certainly on the higher end compared to competitors. I do like the security of their 50-year warranty. I appreciate the efforts of our sales representative and quality assurance representative. I wish the communication regarding delays on their end matched the communication for delays on my end as I was seeking to find a vendor to remove solar panels. That being said, I appreciate their assistance in helping me secure a suitable vendor to assist in moving the projects along

I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling! This company and crew have restored my faith in Tennessee's workmanship! Their estimate was free and very thorough, uncovering several problems with my 15-year-old roof. Power set a date for the installation and promised to deliver the materials the day before. The materials arrived as promised, and the roof was installed on time, with no problems. The team worked steadily, despite the extreme heat advisory. Everything on this job went like clockwork, from the foreman inspecting the roofing materials the day they were delivered, to the completion of the roof as scheduled, to a thorough site clean-up. The foreman deducted the cost of excess materials from my invoice before payment. Every one of the people I dealt with, in person and on the phone, was professional, outgoing, knowledgeable, confident, and pleasant.

I liked every part of the process

The whole process was very smooth and quick.

They have many different departments and it has been really difficult to get ahold of the person that is responsible to answer my inquiries. Every time someone calls from power it is always a new person that I have not delt with before, and occasionally its the same person but that is rarely the case. The materials for the first project did not arrive for a long time, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong materials, and they had to wait around for about an hour to get the right materials to start the work. They were there until the middle of the night to do the work.

They did really good work. I'm usually impressed with people who come and do work on my home. I've had four things done, and they were very efficient, and they know exactly what they are doing. I appreciate the warranty. It's better than most, which is one reason why I recommend them.

Communication between Power and me was lacking.
