Power Home Remodeling came to our house for the consultation and the consultant was very knowledgeable. She thoroughly inspected our windows and was able to objectively recommend what needed to be done and what Power Home would do to fix them.

Power Home Remodeling's customer service is very bad.

the wrong color gutter was installed, the workers during the gutter installation used the back of my property as a bathroom. then during the installation of my windows, the shutters were torn/ripped, and the workers tried to tell me that was how they were before they started.

I am so glad we ended up going with power to replace windows. The guy who came to quote us spent a lot of time explaining and demonstrating their windows. Their prices were outstanding and I’ve already recommended power to many people. We will be getting more work done by them in the future

A few hiccups along the way.

The workers were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves as they went along they were polite and did not disrupt the daily routine

The initial estimate was inaccurate and there’s no reason for that. The follow up confirmation was more expensive, of course. Why would someone with five years experience not know to count double hung windows as two windows? There should be no need for follow up measurements.

I believe that Power Home Remodeling offers good quality products, at competitive pricing. The quality workmanship is excellent. And customer service very good too.

We were very happy with the four guys. I don't remember their names, but they did an excellent job. Everything was perfectly done, and the timing was good. Even after fixing everything, they made sure everything was in place, clean, and tidy. You could not even tell anything was done here. They were very jovial and pleasant to work with.
