I'm very dissatisfied with what Power Home Remodeling did. I reached out a couple of times, and nobody got back to me. The one person I spoke to one time was very rude. The other person solicited at our door and got our business. I would rate them with a negative rating if I could for their customer service. I spent a lot of money, and we were planning to get more projects done with this company. However, because of the way they handled it, I would not.

What I liked most about my experience was how organized the team was. The team repeatedly touched base with me on the progress, followed up on the work they completed, and helped a lot with ensuring I had an understanding of the progress. Katie Boshers was incredible; she worked with my family and talked as if we were old friends. Ankit Patel came to check the work after it was completed and he was stellar. The entire team was spectacular.

The workers were very knowledgeable. They kept the area clean, and when they were done, it was like they were never here.

There are a lot of places out there that are willing to take advantage of homeowners. Power is not one of them. Integrity, quality, and standing behind their product is what really stands out for this company. Everyone I had the pleasure of working with, from their sales rep, Kevin, to their pre‑home inspector, Kaitlyn, was just fantastic to work with. Installation day went very smoothly, and the workers were courteous and took caution when working in our home. Overall, I was incredibly satisfied.

The speed of the install and the quality of the work

My first representative and salesperson, Juan was absolutely professional, answered all questions, was very thorough, and he was very kind. So, I could tell that him doing business, was not anything new and he understands the importance of customer service.

They have great customer service, very prompt with their responses, and they explained everything very well and even broke it down. They were also efficient and definitely friendly, and professional, so it was a good experience.
