Mainly because after the mold remediation was done the supervisor came back to discuss the reconstruction process, and he told me that he needed to get ahold of the adjuster report from Tower Hill. So, I called Tower Hill that same day and she emailed the supervisor (Doug) and confirmed to me that he had that report in hand. That was on a Monday I believe. Come Friday, we still have not heard from anybody about doing the reconstruction work. That was five days. So, we hired our own contractor to come in and complete the reconstruction work, do all the drywall, and the things that we weren't doing. There were some things that we hired our own contractor to do, like the kitchen cabinets because we wanted the same people that built the house to do the cabinets. Honestly to this day, I have never heard back from that gentleman. I don't know if we fell through the cracks to get the reconstruction done. Come Monday (after we hired that contractor), he emailed our adjuster at Tower Hill and said, "We are not going with Paul Davis after all because we never heard from anybody and it's been 5 days and we are hiring our own contractor". So, unless Tower Hill told him, I don't know what happened.
the people were behaved and nice.
We were very pleased with them.
Johnny was wonderful, he was a pleasure to deal with.
I was satisfied with the work completed but not with the planning.
Very professional! Workmanship was very good. Excellent!
The service was very thorough and very detailed. I was happy with everything, especially my designer Erin.I would recommend the service to anyone who is looking to design a bathroom.
I specifically wanted Owens Corning shingles, and I had other roofers tell me they couldn't get them. The people who came had the Owens Corning logo on their shirt, and I already knew I was in good hands.
