Patriot project management staff were great at getting my estimate prepared in a timely manner and recommending sources for material selection. They coordinated the work on site with their tradesman and were happy to assist when I had questions or wanted something done differently. Repairs were completed on time, and with great attention to detail. I have been happy to refer people I know looking for services to them.

Area Of Satisfaction - I expressed my concerns in a survey to both the insurance company and Patriot immediately. Within 1 week my insurance contacted me and explained they would investigate the charges, then a week later the owner of Patriot contacted me directly to resolve my issue with the bill. We came to an agreement of a set charge and I was reimbursed the difference by Patriot.
