Workmanship is of high quality, All their staff is extremely professional and their communication skills were so important to a satisfied customer! We were EXTREMELY satisfied with their work and will enjoy our finished porch for many years to come!!

When we started planning our first-floor remodel, we mentioned to a friend we were looking at Patrick A. Finn. His immediate reaction was "Nice, I've heard he's great." When we chose Patrick's plan and got started on the project, that same friend said we "won't be disappointed."

Fast-forward to the end of our project and we couldn't agree more. Patrick and Vicki helped us understand everything involved in our multi-month project. They then ensured it was always organized and efficient while paying significant attention to the details. We absolutely recommend Patrick and his team!

Patrick Finn did a very thorough job remodeling our kitchen, basement and full bathroom. He evaluated each of our current rooms to the studs to be sure that there would be no structural surprises. He talked with us from the very start to understand our everyday routines and our future needs. Patrick listened to our requests and established a plan that could accomplish our hopes within our budget. Patrick's work was excellent and absolute quality. The cabinetry is beautiful and we are enjoying our remodeling immensely!

The team at Patrick A.Finn LTD did a terrific job beginning to end. They enlarged our kitchen, added a dining room space, and added a basement room that we use as a fourth bedroom. The final result is functional and absolutely beautiful. While the final project went over our original budget a bit, it was due to some of our own design choices that we did not want to compromise on, and we are very pleased with the result. The craftsmanship of the work done was outstanding, and we love the new spaces in our home.

Professional & Organized - Professional, yes. There were some hiccups throughout the project with organization. The company lost two key team members during our project - first the designer then the project manager. This caused delays, as well as some confusion behind the scenes.

Clean & Safe

Clean & Safe - The only exception to this was during drywall taping - apparently the subcontractor had a conflict and to hire a replacement to do the job. Those workers weren't just sloppy, they actually swept debris and wet drywall mud down the into the brand new HVAC vents. Every other worker as part of the project was very tidy and made sure their tools and supplies were put away at the end of each day. I always felt comfortable walking around in the workspace, and I thought the team as a whole did a great job keeping things neat.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The quality of the work and finishes - the cabinetry they installed is fantastic, and they matched the new hardwood floor to our existing floor perfectly. It was expensive, but it was worth it (you definitely get what you pay for!!)

They provided a lot of expertise and guidance in the design process and meticulous craftsmanship through the execution of the plan. Their schedule was reliable and all their employees were very professional. They took great care to keep all work areas clean and safe.

Areas For Improvement - Our range hood was initially placed too low though this was not detected until we began using it. However Patrick Finn, LTD took full responsibility, covered all expenses and made all changes that were necessary to put the hood at the correct height. So having the problem didn't meet our expectations BUT the way Patrick Finn, LTD handled the problem for sure did.
