The original siding install was great and siding product great BUT the facia product has been fault and now has been entirely replaced a bit at a time. Most (not all) repairs were done cost free due to faulty products.

Very knowledgeable and worked very well with what we wanted. Product is great and it looks like we have a brand new house.

The professionalism, communication, pre-work, and follow-through were superb, and when problems arose, they addressed them immediately. There were no hidden surprises, which in my experience in the industry, when you find someone like that, you want to continue doing business with them. I highly recommend them for exterior work.

Realistically, you can’t expect perfection, but I think Nu Vu is close.

I would have no problem recommending Nu Vu to any potential customer, they went beyond what our expectations were. The material quality was excellent, and the craftsmanship is to be admired. They paid attention to a lot of small installation and clean up details. The sales staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. Kris was great to work with. He knows his product and the process from start to finish. He returned calls/texts timely and he gave me straight forward answers. His crew showed up on time, worked a full day every day, cleaned up after themselves, and finished on time. Oscar and his crew did a wonderful job installing my HardiePlank siding. Kris or one of his project managers was on site twice a day to ensure the project was progressing and answer any questions that may have come up.

After researching and meeting with several companies, and then having good friends who were very pleased with their NuVu siding, we went with NuVu and we are so glad we did! Our home looks brand new and we are beyond satisfied with the quality of the siding and our replacement windows. Our salesman, Jason, was always available and answered our numerous questions. Tony, the owner, followed through on his word, "We'll make it right." Every project has it's obstacles, and Tony was on-site numerous times and always followed up. Extremely professional! The crew worked hard and our yard remained spotless at the end of each day. We strongly recommend NuVu! We still feel like we're walking into a brand new home!

Tony and his install crew were patient and assisted with color decisions for trim as well as base colors when we were undecided during the beginning of the project. They were always willing and eager to adapt to any change of plans we may have had during the coarse of the project and assisted with suggestions to aide in our decision. Tony proved his knowledge of the project and construction from day one, providing details on how items should be done during the project to protect our house and investment long after the install crew would be gone.We also had a window with a bad seal that was installed for the previous home owner, Tony had the window warrantied and a replacement brought to the job site for replacement when he may not have ever sold it originally.

Tony did a great job providing me with ongoing updates on the progress on our project. I also cannot say enough good things about the crew. They worked all day (even on weekends and a holiday) and took advantage of the good weather. We expected the project to take three weeks, but they were almost finished in less than two. They were courteous and kept the work site clean.Our house looks beautiful, and we are thrilled with the results. We will use NuVu again for future projects and highly recommend them.
