I think we spend a lot of money on upgrades that we thought should be included in the purchase price. There are certain things that you can't just imagine they dont come with the high price we invest on the house.

Normandy Homes is far and away the best homebuilder I have ever encountered! Their attention to quality and detail really shows in every home they build. The level of customer service and knowledge I received from both Stephanie, the sales manager, and Don, the construction manager, far surpassed my expectations. I have not stopped raving about my beautiful new Normandy Home to all my friends and family. My family and I are so thankful and excited to be in our new home!

They took my money and I was dealing with their mortgage company. I got delayed because of their mortgage company. They charged me $3600 extra. I paid money and got approved. I'm not happy with Normandy. I wish they would give me half of my money back. I told my cousin not to buy from them.

The staff was knowledgeable and they listened to my concerns during and after the process.

I gave a 4 but one thing I am not happy about was the very basic package included with the house. I have only two outside lights and had to pay an electrician to come and install up lights and an additional coach light. For the price we paid, I would think outside lighting would not have cost much at all to include.

I am more than thrilled with my Normandy home. The only improvement that could be made is in the landscaping package. My backyard is not level which makes mowing difficult.

The build quality is good. The salesperson, Henry Morales, was really good and explained all the things up front and helped us through the building process. We initially had a construction manager that was not good but they replaced him with a new one. Ryan was awesome.

Through the whole building process, Normandy Homes managed to exceed my expectations with high level of professionalism and dedication demonstrated by their staff from sales to construction managers.

I am extremely impressed with the way the construction went and the entire team met my needs. I really like how Normandy Homes took care of everything.

You should ask a lot of questions. You should also get everything in writing because if it is verbal you cannot go back because they will say that they did not hear that. Make sure everything is in writing.

We looked at Darling Homes and David Weekly and they did not come to the plate on the quality. They were much smaller lots. I felt like the mixed community they were showing was not a good value. What we have here at Normandy Homes is all of the houses are in the same price range and the community center is nice. The overall experience is a much higher quality home! This home group got number 1 model of the year. It is evident of some good thought of the houses.

We had a wonderful experience getting our new home from Normandy, thanks to Sales Manager Teri Clark and Construction Manager Scott Howard. Their honesty, patience, and professionalism are the best we have seen in all of our home purchasing experiences in the last 20+ years! They are great assets to Normandy, please treat them well!

We couldn't be more pleased with our new Normandy home. Everyone involved in the process was patient, kept us informed, respected and acted quickly with our questions and kept us informed about progress about construction. The quality is excellent and Lance and Dan were a pleasure to work with.

This home is the third home we have purchased in two different states. This has been by far the best experience, due to two people that worked with us directly--Sales Manager Teri Clark and Construction Manager Scott Howard. These two managers truly made this whole Normandy buying experience smooth and awesome.

Henry Morales, our sales representative, was outstanding. Everything he initially told us was true through the last day. He was honest, trustworthy and forthright. He gave us a great experience.

Normandy Homes makes excellent custom-built homes. Builder works with you personally and makes you feel valued. Sales staff can use some improvements, but overall a good company!

The only thing I was unhappy with was the installation of the tile work. It is the only thing we have to do over. The crew explained it but it was not done adequately. We will solve these issues. The Construction Manager was very good in making sure all these needs were met. The only problem with Normandy Homes is that some of the crews are not very efficient.

I believe Normandy Homes provides a quality high end product. I hope they will ensure all the remaining issues are handle promptly and efficiently and our home provides a quality product for the time to come.

For any reasons above not noted with a 4 are because of the following reasons:1. It took 4 installs to get my shower up installed correctly either because of chipped glass, or improper installation. And, during this installation that crew did damage to the tile in the bathroom (chips now present in grout and tile).2. Upon inspection prior to move in; wrong fireplace was being installed (since corrected)3. I was told there were at least 4 paint crews that had been hired to complete the painting of the home4, tile was stolen from house and this caused delays; tile had to be ordered5. There is obvious lack of quality that went to finish out of interior compared to that of the model home5. I have purchased a new before and have never had to manage so many warranty requests post move in and still have so many outstanding issues and have yet to be given an ETA for when they will be complete.However warranty requests online at the Normandy website indicate that someone will respond with 3 days. 6. Plus those items that were on punch list at walk through; many of those issues are still outstanding7. Additionally, the home was poorly cleaned before move in -- one should not have to go baseboard to baseboard cleaning off paint from painter; exterior windows have paint on them, roof was and is still dirty and not cleaned prior to move in. Paint was found on carpet, paint was found on tile not cleaned. Paint has been found on mirrors. The quality is simply not there like is in the model.8. I was impressed with the professionalism of Scott and Mike; bar none I was glad to business with them. They work very hard and are professional and courteous. The issues are with Normandy sub contractors and how they are managed. It is unsettling after moving into a home of this purchase price to have so many issues. I would like to hear from someone about the completion date for my warranty requests. Many of these item are not defects and cosmetic issues that should have been picked up after doing my punch list.

If it weren't for Melissa, Tracy, or Dan, I would have dropped Normandy homes because of the problems I had witht he design center.

Dan is always on top of any issue most of the time before I even pointed it out. So far any issues after closing are handled very quickly! A great building experience.
