Nicholas was fantastic thanks to the people involved. Jeremiah was very accomodating and responsive. Sean's workmanship was outstanding. Enjoyed working with the team.

Few suggestions: 1. Get better ideas during the design phase. We got very few ideas from the team. Most of the ideas were our own.
2. Provide different grades of materials, options along with the cost for each of them. It appeared that the team was only thinking of the average mid quality material and options, not the high end. Providing options and cost will allow the client to decide. This resulted in multiple change orders.
3. The drawings were not 100% accurate- the doors to the deck were shown to be much higher than what was measured and ordered. This resulted in the end result of the doors not being true to specifications.
4. Have more workers everyday to finish the work earlier. Sean was often working alone.

Overall Nicholas Design Build did a great job. Very happy with the final product.

Pricing is not transparent

I would, without question, recommend Nicholas Design Build. We had a wonderful experience and are so happy with our new master bath.

We are extremely satisfied with our Nicholas Design Build project. From design through build, their employees and subcontractors exhibited a high degree of professionalism and attention to details. The design team was helpful and patient in walking us through the design process. Sabine did a wonderful job leading the build process and bringing it to an excellent completion.

Every person we dealt with from getting an estimate to the finishing of our basement was professional, considerate and friendly. Every person listened to our input answered our questions as the project went along and were respectful of the property.

NDB pretty much did exactly what they said. The project pretty much went exactly how they said it would. There were no bad surprises. The team members were great to work with. Laura is an absolute superstar.
