Reputation and Experience. McCaleb Homes (The Family) has been around for a long time (Around 30 years or so) with a reputable track record. Though our current build is only about halfway through the process, we are confident the final result will be as expected based on this past performance.

Communication - With the use of cloud-based construction management software, communication is transparent and relatively efficient.

Professional & Organized - The construction management software/platform allows schedule postings, progress pictures, documents, and communication which, in turn, provides the client with a clear and organized timeline.

We purchased a brand new home. As the building progressed, we were updated along the way. We were able to ask questions and get answers quickly. Before closing, we had a thorough walk through and were given all the information on the home warranty. We felt comfortable with the process.

Condition of Home - Before closing we did a walk through and at closing the home was clean and even the smallest detail was remedied.

Trust - The builder, Clint, is in our neighborhood daily. He has personally stopped by to help when we had questions. He is always very polite and makes sure he answers everything. He does not make us feel like we are bothering him or like he is too busy to help.

Likes & Dislikes - Like? No! LOVE ALL OF IT!! The design is exactly what we wanted. From the obvious features to the small things we did not even know we would want, our home is perfect for us. We have a great amount of storage and every room as fantastic windows for natural lighting. The trivial things like the light switches and the self-closing cabinet doors really add to our love for the home. The neighborhood is very well maintained and I feel like Caleb and his team are building from the point of view as if they were going to live here.

Recognized Excellence - Khai-From my initial inquiry through purchase, he was flexible with our schedule and always friendly. He was prompt at answering my many emails. Leland-He was detailed when doing a final walk through and explained the home warranty process. He answered all our questions before we had a chance to ask. Clint-He has been willing to stop by and take a look at a few things we needed fixed. He has been great at communicating. Caleb-We appreciate him for coming to closing and making us feel comfortable with all the paperwork.

McCaleb has been great to work with. Our home is about a month away from being completed. The whole team is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The spec design for the home already looked great before we bought it; we had a few details we wanted to change, and McCaleb made that easy to do. McCaleb built my first house 15 years ago, now they are building our current house, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We love our home. McCaleb are the best at building a quality home. Period

I have already recommended. I’m trying to talk all my friends who are considering buying in the next 12-18 months into moving to Bungalow Heights. Not only is the quality and beauty of the homes amazing (who doesn’t want to live in a beach house???!!), but the thought that the McCaleb family put into how this community (the neighborhood Bungalow heights) would connect was way more than I could have expected. The residents all know each other, look out for one another and hang out together! It’s incredible. Part of that is because of the McCalebs building an amazing clubhouse/pool/gym! And initiating a Facebook group for neighbors! Come be my neighbor!
