I like the fact that they don't use subcontractors. The people who install are people who worked for them for 20-30 years. We had another project installed by them and about a year and a half later, we had something break. They were out in 2 days to repair it at no charge!
They didn't do all that they were supposed to do. I was very upset. He came down here to see why I was upset, but I was still upset when he left. I had an alarm system on the back door, and when they took the door out, they took the alarms out. I ended up paying $200 to get those alarms back on. I was upset about that. I didn't watch them very closely because I didn't like the appearance of those who put on the door. They were kind of scuzzy, and I stayed away from them as much as possible. Trent came down to see me when I told him I wasn't satisfied, so we talked it out. As far as recommending them, I won't.

The product sells itself. The presentation was clear.. I wanted simplicity and beauty and I am delighted with the outcome.

I felt from the very beginning, the man who came out to assess what I needed to have done was very knowledgable, good at what he did, and had been with the company a long time which I appreciated that because it shows that the company is evidently doing something right because their employees enjoy working for them. The installers were very good, efficient, and any questions I had they answered. They cleaned up after themselves and I didn't have a mess to worry about. I enjoyed working with L.J. Stone's people as a whole!

We have a problem right no.w Our salesman told us that we were getting an antimicrobial tub with a heater in it. It turns out that there is not a heater, nor it is antimicrobial. They said we had to have a 50 gallon water heater, which we do. By the time the water is run, it's lukewarm water. When we went back for him to demonstrate it after installation, he revealed there was no heater.
They were good workers, they worked for me before, and they are excellent.
Additional Comments - They installed a walk in shower and everything was satisfactory. The only thing I did not like was the price and the interest rate.
L.J. Stone Co. met and exceeded our expectations. The workers were very nice and knowledgeable. It came through an insurance claim and L.J. Stone had the original receipt which helped us tremendously with the record keeping.
I have contracted L.J. Stone three times, which is a strong endorsement of their work. The sales rep worked with me to find options that were the most economical for me. And the installers completed the work within the timeframe given me. The installers were very professional, polite, exacting in their work, efficient, and tidy. I am extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them for your home projects.
