The technician that came out prior to Tyrone failed to fix a broken pipe, which ended up costing be more money when Tyrone should up on 5/9/18. I wasn't happy about that, Tyrone is very professional and thorough I will request for him to return to do any additional repairs or maintenance.

Why is the slab damp? Carpet, is rarely a good solution over concrete. There are insulated subfloor panels that can be used as well to have a finished floor installed over top.

What kind of insulation is needed in the attic of my 2-story brick town house so that the 2nd floor bedrooms are as cool as the basement and 1st floor?

Insulation may not be the only thing you need. It is also important to have air flow through the attic. this is best accomplished by eave or soffit venting and ridgevent. According to most building ... read more
