The one area that I think they're kind of lacking in is that it seems like at the conclusion of the job, when it came time to tie up lose ends, particularly concerning my inspection of the work, it felt like they kind of dropped the ball. I paid them and so they were just like whatever. I've been trying to find out about my inspections for weeks. I'm having to do a lot of leg work on my own and I feel like somebody ought to be keeping me informed. Other than that, I thought they were great.
