What a great experience, from start to finish. I was presented with clear options for a step in tub, and never felt any pressure to make a decision. I especially liked the fact that I was able to actually see the product before making a decision. Brian was so incredibly helpful during the whole process, and followed up afterwards to make sure that we were satisfied with our tub's performance. We love the tub. The depth is fantastic for soaking after a hard day and therapeutic for arthritis patients. Couldn't be happier!
Once scheduled, installation was quick and good. Brian came out within a few days and inspected it and noticed a plastic piece was not on the door to keep it from hitting the inside of tub and he was quick to take care of that.
They did a very professional job and the work was excellent!

The salesman, Brian, actually was personable and if felt like he cared. We have received 2 other estimates over the last few years from different companies. They were too high and one was a little pushy. Brian was able to explain everything really well. He was very knowledgeable. The crew was great.
