AJ Perri has installed our new furnace and air conditioner. We are satisfied with the work and follow up.

I would recommend hiring a structural engineer to review and recmmend repairs not something you should let go.
is it standard to hold a cooling unit up by a belt to prevent it from leaning? this belt slipped and was tighten to again to prevent it from leaking

A belt doesn't sound like the proper material to hold anything related to air conditioning
