Generally very good results. I expected Goodall to be the top-shelf pool contractor and equipment supplier in the area. Their concrete sub-contractor has some serious issues.

They were easy to deal with, they got back quickly, and called before coming out. I knew what was going on.

Recent work has seemed rushed and communication has been greatly lessened from previous interactions. Follow-up calls for clean up and/or details that were not handled correctly were too frequent, especially for the money being spent.

The Goodall is best in class.

We purchased our pool from Goodall 32 years ago. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a pool or already has one that needs serviced. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Our pool was just installed in August 2021 so we haven't gotten to use it very much. But our Goodall Pool experience was great. We put our deposit down a year ago and with expert planning they delivered and installed our pool within one week of the estimated time frame. Even with all the delays going on in the world, they had all of the pool parts and equipment and the extra options we ordered. Everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to assist us with all of our questions and concerns. And we had a lot of questions and concerns being first time pool owners.

We did a lot of research before selecting Goodall Pools. They did not let us down and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have an inground pool added to their home. Cost, project management and service were all above our expectations.
