I have now done 2 big projects with Foster's, and I can't believe I didn't do them sooner. Both times, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, but Foster's took time with me to really figure out what I wanted, what went well with my home, and what would work. Both times, the work started earlier than planned, and finished early. The work space was neat, my house was barely disrupted, and the workers kind and professional. Even my dog loved seeing them every day. I was kept informed before and during the project. I was never stressed and knew I was in good hands throughout. Love my new space!

Our kitchen remodel was a wonderful experience from the design through installation. We could not be happier with our new space! Our wants and needs were meant during the design process. Julia was receptive to what we wanted and translated that into a beautiful functioning kitchen. Jonathan is a master craftsman, his attention to detail made the kitchen a work of art. He was a joy to have in our home every day for the months of our project.

Throughout the process, we had great communication with our designer. The construction came in ahead of schedule- which is almost unheard of!

In developing the project, their consultants knew their stock and options for different elements of our remodeling project very well, and made us feel welcome and comfortable in the showroom. They communicated well with us, both before and after we signed our contract.

In the construction phase, they came every day exactly when they said they would, were careful to avoid as much construction mess as possible and left our home neat each day, and were professional and courteous throughout. They worked quickly and efficiently too. The final product is just what we hoped. We would strongly recommend Fosters.

Professional & Organized - We were given detailed notes/calendars on how the project was to be completed. All decisions/questions were answered before the project was started. After the project was completed, we had a personal visit from Mr. Foster and our project manager to go over the work done and go over all the warrantees.

Budget - Foster helped us make financial decisions, helping us weigh cost versus look etc. Extremely helpful.

Construction Quality - The finished project looks even better than we had anticipated. The workmanship is fabulous-lots of "little" details done.

Communication - We felt on top of the project at every step. Our lead carpenter went over what was going to be done each day, made preparations so that the work did not interfere with what was going on in the rest of the house, and answered all our questions. He also made suggestions as we went along about things we had not through of, as well as constantly checking the contract with us to make sure everything was satisfactory. Jack is a gem.

Dust & Dirt Control - Absolutely! Jack put filters on return vents, as well as the "curtain" on the doorway to the basement for example.

Designer Knowledge

Designer Knowledge - Christ was fabulous from start to finish. He helped us achieve our goals in our project plus was most helpful in helping us select finishes-floor, paint, tile etc. He had lots of suggestions based on his experience-what worked and what was not as good. He really listened to what we wanted and made it happen. The project would not have turned out so well without Chris's input.

Value Received - The Foster estimate was not the lowest we had, however, the quality of the job to say nothing of the professionalism of the crew, made the cost absolutely acceptable. We received more than fair value for our money because of our experience with Foster people.
