The representatives from Equity were professional in every aspect of the job from the day I met with the salesman to the day the job was complete. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was very pleased with Equity. The salesman was outstanding.

My salesperson and my contact person were always available and answered any questions effectively and quickly. They scheduled my roof, gutters and wrapping. Our roof was done in one day! They have an extremely hard working and efficient team that comes in and does a beautiful job and the weather was not optimal at all. Then they have another team that came in and did the gutters for us and another for our wrapping. Never a mess left behind and all their contractors are very polite and nice to deal with. They dealt with my insurance company for me so I had none of the headache. I have already recommended them to another friend and would use them again anytime!

The home owners insurance process did take a lot longer than I expected but was well worth the wait overall since my new architectural style roof is rated to last 20 plus years. I am not very happy with the job they have done because they have not finished it, thank you.

When they first came and took a look (there were different stages of my roofing as we added rooms, etc.), I only thought the front needed a new roof. Jeremy checked it all out and when he came in and showed me what he had done and gave his assessment, it was very exciting. I was very, very happy. He answered all my questions. Whenever I called and asked for more information, he always called me back. He has been terrific and is quite a great person.

I was very well pleased with everything they did, and the way they handled things.
