We started with just a mower and a dream. We noticed that lawn care companies were offering the same old services at outrageous prices and hardly showing up. People were paying for the services because they were too busy to do their research or know any better.

We're redoing my parents roof and their chimney needs some repair work as well. Is it better to do the masonry work before or after we do the rest of the roof?

Definitely before you do the roof, masonary work and any flashing around the chimney should be done prior to starting on the roofing.
Is a contractor responsible for returning things to their rightful state even if its out of the scope of their contract?
