Craftsmen Contractors is an excellent Company to work with. Sales man was wonderful, not pushy and very knowledgeable. Prompt time line for installation. Excellent installation process, not near as disruptive as I had thought it would be. Windows look beautiful, we love our Quantum 2 windows. After a year and a half the windows are still beautiful and are very energy efficient. We are so glad we got these replacement windows.

Windows are great, can already notice the difference in the summer heat.

We are very happy with the windows and think we have a great product. We are not satisfied with communication with multiple people (Craftsmen, the installers, project overseer), or the installation of our windows. We had contracted installers and wish we had company installers to put our windows in instead.

In times when it seems every contractor will tell you anything to close the deal, we were skeptical that the insulation they were recommending to us would really work. The installer knew his job, his product and visually walked us through after each day's work as to what he did, what to expect, and it was installed as promised. We got exactly what we wanted and needed to help reduce energy costs.

Their roofing and gutter people were awesome--quick efficient and excellent craftsmanship. We have already used them again on our newest home.

Craftsmen Contractors provided me with a quality job in a reasonable amount of time. The installation crew did a great job cleaning up at the end of the job.

I would like to say that I went through Home Advisor. The sales person was knowledgeable, nice, and had a great aura and presence. He was respectful. The measure person was polite, courteous, and they kept me informed of every step of the way in terms of installation. As the installers came they were good. Every installer was friendly, nice, and they cleaned up well. They got in and out and the windows are working.

They did a really good job. They cleaned up after themselves and it was an A1 job.

install crew did not show up the times they said they would, they told me times they knew they would not be here,had a bit of time getting them to complete the job.

Product presentation was very good. Any question that I had was explained to my satisfaction. I noticed that he only brought one window sample. Was told they only deal with top quality windows. Of all the companies that came by, they did have the best quality window.
