Area Of Satisfaction - The immediate arrival at our home. Liberty Mutual explained that we would be contacted with one hour and that we could expect an arrival in appx 4 hours. We received a call in appx 20 minutes and the arrival was within one hour. The drying air ration process was monitored with daily visits and explanations of the continuing process.
Area Of Satisfaction - I was unaware how much work had to go into water damage. It takes a lot of patience to see the job to an end. They were superb.
Employees Professionalism - Employee was VERY personal. He explained everything, made himself flexible to our schedule.

I didn't have to worry about the inconvenience of changing my schedule. I felt comfortable with having them in the house and I didn't have to keep an eye on them or anything.
We had another remediation company come to evaluate our home and they found the area treated by Commonwealth Rapid Dry Inc. was still registering on the moisture meter and there was still active mold in the site. Also, there were additional areas of moisture not detected by Commonwealth Rapid Dry Inc.

We were referred to Commonwealth Rapid Dry by our insurance company to dry out an upstairs bedroom that had been damaged by water leaking from air conditioning system in the attic. They arrived promptly, set up their drying equipment, and even managed to finish the dry-out a day earlier than expected. Thank you!
