While the service professional was on time and did a quality inspection, they wanted to charge me $600 to replace two small parts (that together cost $40 on amazon). Ripoff. I tried to negotiate to $300 and they would not do it. I looked it up on YouTube and did it myself, limited skill required

What's the difference between a "replacement window" and a "new construction" window?

You can and you should replace your existing windows with new construction windows because that is the best method. A "replacement" window is really designed for an older home where the window sashes ... read more
