If clients are uncomfortable with this, we will reset their appointments. Samples will be sanitized frequently. Reps will practice safe distances, wear masks, give no handshakes, and sanitize hands frequently to protect themselves as well as customers.

The materials weren't like our previous Champion sunroom, and we feel that the material was a cheaper material than what we had last time. It just wasn't the quality that our first sunroom was with Champion.
We experienced a family emergency which placed us in a position to delay our window installation no from the office made an extra effort to speak with us. After they made the sale they were done with us as people is the impression we were let with.

I love my windows, it was a long process and COVID 19 did not help. I had to call and check on the status of my installation several times, I felt like someone at the company should have called since the 6 weeks project turned into 9 1/2 weeks and 1 cracked window that I am waiting on to be ordered and replaced

I am loving my room! I have a great warranty and I have no qualms about calling them if I find something wrong. However, the problems I have had have been minor.
