If clients are uncomfortable with this, we will reset their appointments. Samples will be sanitized frequently. Reps will practice safe distances, wear masks, give no handshakes, and sanitize hands frequently to protect themselves as well as customers.

Not only are Champion windows of excellent quality and efficiency, they are are extremely aesthetically pleasing. From the exterior, that look no different than my previous windows.
I'm very dissatisfied with Champion Windows. The salesman who we signed the contract with has not been seen or heard from since his first visit nor has he returned my calls. As the work was being done by the sub contractors, no one from Champion came to review the progress or quality of the work. Nor did anyone call or visit after the work was completed. Only the finance company contacted us for payment. Very different from the sales pitch we heard.
This was one big nightmare from beginning to end, salesman had no knowledge of actually putting siding on the house, I showed him what I thought would be problem areas and he said no, but they were and I had to pay an extra $300.00 to move a faucet. Second inspection was not conducted til months later and was done while I was on vacation, the person jumped a locked gate to enter my property. They lost my contract, when delivery date for materials was set, it was another 3 days before they started project, it took almost 2 weeks to complete when I was told it would be no more than 3 days, no apology from anyone and never saw a supervisor even though they were informed of problems, this company doesn’t believe in customer satisfaction, do not do business with this company, I was receiving bills before they began work.
Champion has been a delight to work with, they have done work with me in the past and if I need anything in the future I will continue to do business with them.
Overall, the company did a great job. Their timing and the equipment was great and they were organized. Everything went well.
Shoddy workmanship. Did not receive the service, quality workmanship or materials promised. Took 5times longer to complete screened in porch due to failing inspections not to simple codes. Was threatened by manager when I mentioned my lawyer. Paid way to much! Scam!
After my husband and I looked around at siding business it was clear that overall Champion was the best value for the money. You can find cheaper but, then you get what you pay for and the headaches that go with it.
They are not about the customer, just about getting the sale.
Everyone that came to our home from beginning to finish we friendly, knowledgable and courteous. I"m pleased with our windows, but then we haven't had any rain, but I'm assuming all will be well.
